Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A lot of shouting in the corridors from 8am. We came to rest and recover but we didnt get the best sleep because of the noise outside our door. The people there was very sick and we caught the flu they had we think so had to leave for a healthier and more quiet place to rest.
Beautiful house and kind family. Great room service and 24h hot water

Might’ve just been our room but the shower was cold.
Hosts & family were incredibly kind. Helped us print off bag tags for the airport and helped us checkout super early.

The room did not look as nice as in the photos.
The hotel was in a quiet location, but there was enough shops to buy food and other things. The room size was sufficient, but not enough space to put things. The bedding and towels were clean and breakfast was good.

The bedroom had only one small window with very thick frosted glass, so I had to use the lighting even during the daytime. The bedroom, and particularly the bathroom, were dirty. The advertised pickup from the railway station on arrival was not available. I was told this offer ended in 2020. The room didn't look as nice as in the photos.
The bed was comfortable, the bedding and towels were clean. I was also given an extra towel, plus soap and toilet paper. There was free drinking water available. I was allowed to wash my clothes and hang them outside to dry. The Guest House is set by a minor road, so there was minimal disturbance from traffic. It was only a 5 minute walk to the railway station.

The Light in the room is dim. I went to cover literature festival and need to read a lot and write. So the light is bit less. Or else the room is good.
Sitaramji and his family is excellent! The food is delicious. The Manager Sitaramji is always helpful, looking and asking for little details! They are amazing people.

Not clean, toilet facilities need improvement.It is a budget friendly guest house. If you are budget conscious,just OK for one day stay.
The location is good, near the collector office circle.Easy to get Uber or ola rides.The bed was OK but the linen was dirty, looks like already used by another people. The room size is big but no facilities to hang the clothes.

The food offered in the restaurant was very plain. The staff was correct but not nice.
My private room was big and very comfortable with nice decorations and a great bathroom. The house is nice and has a rooftop with a restaurant. It is located very close to the train station.

I think is always best to call and arrange prices directly with the property… for sure cheaper deal.
the location is very convenient at 5 minutes walk from the train station, in a quiet and nice street and area with some cafes and restaurants. The hotel is old but very clean and spacious rooms (at least mine).

Sheets and towels are a bit grey and you definitely don't want to look at the blanket or pillow. The bathroom wasn't very clean but good enough for one night.
Good location and nice size room. The property is very well looked after and tidy. Toilet paper provided and hot water.

Rooms and bathroom was a little tired, but everything is clean and can’t complain at the price point.
Nice guest house. Very welcoming host and good food on the rooftop. Location is a little out of the main part of Jaipur, but that was good for me.
