The guest house is just on the bank on ganges. As per reviews, it was a bit tricky to find it, however, once there the terrace overlooking ganges takes your breath away. I stayed for two nights and would stay again next time to fully enjoy the view from the terrace of the this guest house. Specially the sunrises and sunsets are absolutley amazing to say the least.

The bed and the pillow was not really comfortable for our taste and the room was mostly occupied by the bed, did not leave us much space to pack out our stuff. But altogether it was a nice cozy room, so these are mostly personal preferences.

The location of the guesthouse is amazing with a great view from the terrace. The room was quite ok and it was convenient that we could get coffee and food at the guesthouse. We had to leave quite early to catch our train to Delhi but it was no problem, the staff was very helpful and let us out even during the night.

The walls of the room haven’t been painted in a long time and the en-suite could be a bit cleaner. Bedding and towel was nice and clean though I had no issues with that.

Superb location! Friendly atmosphere and some groups of friends staying here made it feel like it’s a cool party place. Staff is helpful especially the woman receptionist who also takes food and drink orders and chasing monkeys away etc. My room had a fan and an AC option which I appreciated.

The lady at reception. When she smiled, it was a lovely way to welcome. Great location. Top balconies on both levels. Food through day reasonably priced. Great chai! You could dip in and out of the chaos of Vanasi. Lovely to watch the boats at night chugg past! Perfect. Exceptional location.

The regular manager was out of town, and the place was not that well tended. Sometimes had to knock at various doors to get assistance or order food. The guys who helped with stuff seemed somewhat surly. Everything costs something.

The location was at the ghats. But to get there was difficult and deep in the old town, through twists and turns, and generally required assistance from the hotel, which they required payment for.

It’s on the bank of Ganges River and at quite ghat Pandey Ghat which is away from busy ghats. The small shrine of Lord Vishnu add the ambience of the holiness. The food is great, clean and advice for foreigners.

I highly recommend booking your taxi directly through the guesthouse, not via booking.com. On our way there we booked through booking.com and although we presumed this meant it was via the guesthouse, it wasn't. We were basically dropped off in the middle of town with no instructions and no idea how to reach the guesthouse after a 20 hour journey and no phone signal to find it. On the way back we booked via the guesthouse and were helped straight from the place with our bags and taken successfully to the airport, so I recommend choosing that option!

I really appreciated the staff, Priya & co. were very helpful, friendly and supportive for our needs. Food was great and clean. Room cleaning was available if we wanted it. I recommend the deluxe room, which is upstairs and faces the ganga with a terrace outside and balcony. Location is right in front of the ghats so the view is wonderful, the terrace is perfect for looking out from a calm place. Plus the chai is amazing :)

The location was very good. The staff were very helpful. The ganga view was the best thing. All the basic amenities were there. AC was working. Room & bathroom were very clean. Running hot & cold water was available 24×7. What else you need? The morning coffee was also very good.

The room was small, dark, and on a busy walkway. Very noisy guests having a midnight party outside the room.. They could offer a quiet- time night curfew. The ATM's in Varanasi had run out of cash! I would avoid independence day celebration time as it's very crowded.

The position is the best feature. The manageress and staff are kind and helpful.

Food is good and available upon order, so its freshly made. River view and sit out is great, peaceful locality.. we were also provided campfire (during winter). Great for solitude, contemplation, book reading, yoga and meditation (self practice)

Very good location right on the ghats. It made it a perfect base to see varanasi. The hosts were very welcoming.

Overall a great stay. The place is just next to Kedar Ghat. You can enjoy an amazing view of the Ganges. The food and accommodation facility is not great, but decent and of value for money. The staff were excellent. Especially the lady manager has always been very proactive in helping.
