This is a new hotel on the Pune-Bangalore Highway a small distance away from the Fern. Gave me an option to Fern, and I'd say it was a very pleasant option (and cheaper) - Booking.com was cheaper than direct booking with the hotel by almost 15%. Good rooms, high quality, very clean. Point to note - they are building a multiplex right next to the hotel, so expect construction noise and debris at this time, and possible congestion going forward. But all in all, a great option.

Staff should be efficient and not keep customers waiting...also when using the shower, the entire bathroom area gets water on the floor...this needs to be fixed.
Breakfast was good. You could add some fresh fruits, etc.

The kitchen is directly connected with the veg restaurant. All kitchen smells and fumes enter the dining area. Car entry and exit near the hotel building entrance is confusing. Needs proper marking.
Nice decor simple and pleasing. Rooms are specious and well appointed.

The food can be better. I think the Kitchen staff needs to be trained with the International Menu they offer. Breakfast was good, can be better.
Being a brand new hotel, everything seemed great comfortable, the rooms were big and comfortable for 3 people. My mother and aunt were very impressed with the hotel.

Staff should carry luggage till parking, since parking was quite far away, that didn't happen. Bit disappointed with breakfast options, taste wise also it was average.
Property is very big and well maintained, rooms are quite big which is really a good thing. Staff is very polite, food was good.

Room service was not good. But the staff was new and they said the place is also new so things are yet to be set in place.
It’s a new property so I think everything is yet to be set. But location is good and it’s a spacious property. The food was good and service was also good.

Bad service from housekeeping and room service. Many reminders were given for small petty issues. Food quality was also not great. Tell me who puts onions in mayonnaise sandwich? Also first on arrival when we asked room slippers so on the 5th call the HK department is saying they are out of stock. WTF.

The rooms are not well equipped. We had booked 2 rooms, facilities in both were inconsistent. There was no door nob on the washroom, the bathroom floor was sticky, and it didn't fully meet the standards.
The property is well designed(interiors) and fairly new. The staff in Dalchini restaurant was good and prompt

No hot water in the wash basin. No rack to keep soap, shampoo etc in the shower area. Staff requires training how to interact with customers. Distance from where car drops you & main door is quite big.

For starters, the elevators really need to move faster!! And need to be synced as well .. The bathroom could do with some space for keeping soap and shampoos etc .. its just a blank wall! Being a highway stopover hotel, a car washing service would be very appreciated! for a fee of course ..
Starting from the location, the rooms are spacious, clean and large! Great restaurant and a good breakfast. The perfect stopover for a Goa / Pune or Mumbai drive!
