Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The electric wiring and plugs needs to be fixed/ changed - most were broken and we were afraid to put the chargers in them
Located in Vasant Kunj, its near the Delhi airport. We stayed for 4-5 hours and the stay was good. Nice decent hotel, breakfast was also avaiable.

Housekeeping staff was not upto expectation.
Daily food was outsourced from nearby kitchen facility. Food was served hot. Bathroom washroom facility was good. Hot drinking water & for bath was available.

the room which was provided to me that was not even a room showed on booking.com and i paid for these kinda a room, rest in low cost you want good rooms it still is good to go, seriously.
The receptionist was great even staff was helpful.

When I booked a room through Booking.com and arrived at the hotel, they told me we don't take bookings online. If you want to pay cash, they will give you a room.

No ventilation, no exhaust in the washroom, the balcony was covered so no outside air as well, also the online price showed 1000rs but I had to pay 1500.
Location is good, it’s on the main road which is helpful when you order food. Room was good, staff was good.

The room is small but meet value. Bithrom is not bad available Hot water is available in Bathroom and also for drinking. Staff is good and helpful.

You can’t pay online and they only accept cash. Price was higher than online. Rooms are tired and not in the best condition. The cleaning person started playing music on his phone at 1:30 am assuming that is okay to wake up guests. He was genuinely surprised that people were awake and unhappy
close enough to the airport if you need it for a night. The manager was friendly

The roof was falling, the slippers were stained
The rooms, staff and the location all were excellent....the only thing missing out was that they don't allow visitors to meet u in the room even for 5 mins....my cousins were there but they didn't allowed them to get into the room

Had a tough time with mosquitoes. No hot water in the evening.

there were just a few mosquitoes
value for money very decent and staff was courteous and well mannered. located just walkable distance from majestic railway station and bus stand. rooms are neat and clean and washroom well maintained. for a short stay of 1 or 2 days this will be the best value for money budget price and economical hotel
