CyprusThe restaurants were somewhat disorganised, especially at breakfast where getting a tea or coffee was dependent on the call order chef who was busy doing eggs and chippatee. We recommend getting a restaurant manager with international experience! The fruit selection was poor! We also recommended having information in the rooms about restaurant opening times etc.

The windows facing the outside, it seems like they have not spent time to clean. filled with stains and one doesn't have a clear view. They should get a company to clean the windows from the outside.

IndiaFor senior citizens, the thali meals was too much. So much food was wasted as there were too many items. There was no need to serve biriyani n fried rice when senior citizens request for a simple thali meal.
We ordered room service and the service was good. The choice of food was excellent and fresh. The staff were friendly n good.

The breakfast buffet and food was really good and alot of south Indian food options available. The staff was very helpful prompt and available to provide service at anytime during the day. We called them to fix the refrigerator late at night as we checked in late and it was done.

QatarSince the buffet space was not air conditioned during this peek summer, it was very uncomfortable for us to eat dinner and breakfast. The dining room was slightly untidy and had an odor.They did had a large buffet dinner but breakfast was not as elaborate as dinner.Beyond our room, which is directly over the restaurant, there is a locked door that I'm not sure links anywhere, but at night, I could hear people eating and cleaning dishes, giving the impression that we were sleeping in the kitchen.But the room are really huge really clean.
Considering that this is an older hotel, the rooms are quite large, immaculate, and well-maintained.The room had a nice clean toilet, and the staff was quite kind.Overall, I had a pretty pleasant time.

IndiaThe initial encounter with reception where they tried to give a room different from our booking. Not sure if it was deliberate or due to some other problem at their end.. it needed lots of argument and time, before the hotel gave us the room as per our booking..
..initially the hotel tried to give room with two single beds contrary to our booking for a deluxe/premium double bed room (for a couple). It needed a drama of sort, to get the room as per our booking. Finally the room we got was very good and comfortable.

I took this hotel because it is close to Ayurveda center, which I needed to visit few times. Room is comfortable, cleaning every day. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I like the breakfast, there were menu things which I did not try, because would take dosa every day. People on reception very helpful. Bamboo restaurant is fantastic

Once I reached the hotel, we were not greeted warmly. Then the receptionist said I think your booking was cancelled. Then I showed my paperwork, and finally gave us a room
