Property is less maintained. Hot water was not available, instead a bucket filled of hot water was provided. Initially no wifi was available. Bath tub water does not drain unless you have to turn the knob after your shower. The towels were incredibly old and really bad .

the general upkeep - housekeeping is very slack - slow to respond - very few things in the gym worked - pool remained closed for residents as place was rented out for parties !!

Staff. Behaviour was very bad. Complete Mismanagement, i reached this hotel at 4:00pm and still the room was not ready.. I was able to see a long queue (including international passengers) waiting for checkin. I didnt recieved the invoice once i checked out. I kept on calling them to mail me the invoice, but they havent done this till now. Such an unproffessional behaviour... I doubt how come it still 4 star rated hotel

The property was good.. But they wer v reluctant wit the checkout policies.. I got a room jus below the restaurant and it was so noisy all the time wit moving furniture and falling utensils. V had a v disturbed sleep... as we wer travelling and tired we did not ask fr a room change.. The bathroom pipelines wer flowing out and i had to get it repaired and cleant. The breakfast was good.. but i was so upset the way they spoke regarding providing an extra hour during checkout.

They gave us room just below the kitchen area. And every night after the dinning was closed, the staff would bang chairs, utensils etc. Sleeping through the night was pain here. Will definitely not recommend this hotel.

the sliding door to the bathroom jammed , but having my cell phone with me saved my life. the wall phone in the bathroom was not working. this is a very dangerous situation, but for my phone with me. hot water was lacking in the room allotted at first, they had to get it fixed, which took a lot of time. staff especially room service need to understand and speak basic english.

The property should look at providing WiFi for the duration of the stay. I had to call reception everytime i go out and come back coz the wifi disconnects time and again and they have to create new passwords upon request

1) There is no proper arrangement for greetings . 2) No space for parking . When we called the reception from infront of the hotel, reception guy told us to talk to security he will find solution. Reception guy was not in a mood to explain the wallet parking system. 3) Bathroom fittings were in a bad condition. There was a leakage in toilet - pipe. It was difficult to use . 4) Mini Bar - Fridge was empty 5) AC was not working and took technicians help 6) Charged for water bottle too
