Staff , dorms , no vibes nothing which I like

Wonbin Safari hotel is the best hotel in Jaisalmer, the staff there is very nice and honest, helpful, the room is very clean and good, there is facility of hot water 24hr. There rooms were clean and nice.and there is a rooftop restaurant, the staff there gave me a safari package, the safari is really very amazing. Jeep Safari Camel Safari.The sunset was also very nice on desert after that we came camp. Welcomed me.then we watched dj dance program and the food was very tasty.then next day We came to the hotel and were given a free room for pressing. We stayed for two nights and three days in total in this hotel. I found the desert safari to be the best here. The fort is near the wonbin Safari Hotel. It's a 5 minute walk. The port view looks great in the evening. We were also given free pick up and free drop.thanks for given me a nice 👍trip of Jaisalmer. Titaly was very nice👍👍

Staff and quality of room is not upto the mark, and they are running such a big property in which they don’t even know how to make invoice, I ask for invoice which basic things , they refuse to give , somehow I complain regarding and then they. Provide me receipt.

Manager Hera lal is very nice. Dropped me at railway station at 2 am free. Hostel is nice and clean. Facilities are good.

The staff seemed to be a group young boys who didn't know what they were doing. The bathrooms never had toilet paper and they were not clean. We immediately checked out the following day and decided to choose another place as we felt uncomfortable here.

1. We were given the wrong suit when we arrived. We have to prove that it's not the same suit that we booked. The ones present there said that it will be sorted the next morning. 2. The alternative suit that we stayed in, was actually filthy. The covers were not changed and they were smelly. The pillows clearly were in use by someone. When confronted, the staff was arrogant and didn't admit it, so we had to make them smell those things. Horrible. 3. We were shifted to the proper room the next morning but the difference was not adjusted in the bill when asked. They denied everything and simply were unable to understand the logic. They did mention that their 'system' was to blame for this. 4. Hot water was not available for two days. 5. No room service. Reason - that it's the off season. 6. We chose the suit because it was mentioned that there was a balcony. But the balcony was used as a garbage pit not cleaned for atleast last many years.

Nothing as such. Even if I stretch my imagination, I can't tell what I liked.

great value for money. very comfy beds! free pick up and drop off and they also dropped us at a festival we wanted to go too. the staff are really helpful and there’s a great vibe
