The family rooms are located on ground floor, so no view is available. The family rooms are small and get congested to move around. Cannot unpack as there is only one small cupboard so, you live out of your suitcase. Suggest the hotel to improve size of wardrobe so that the guests can unpack and not have to keep suitcases on the floor. The rooms do not have in-built heaters and the heaters provided by hotel were inadequate to heat the room. In adequate electrical sockets in the room.

We booked a family room for 4 in December for 4 nights. The hotel location is excellent, just 50-100m walk from mall road. Ideal location for shopping. They have a good restaurant. The breakfast is good, but almost same every day. Staff is very helpful, and the service is prompt. Bit overpriced considering the quality of rooms. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

1. Family rooms very congested and becomes smelly in bathroom 2. Need to make some rules and regulations! A family of ~10-15 people were making so much noise in terrace area; in games room; with loud haryanvi music on their own private loudspeakers! Which is just too much!! Such nonsense is never tolerated in good hotels. One has to follow the instructions. And staff should be able to enforce it! Rather than just smiling and allowing them to do so, at the cost of others’ comfort. So many families complained about them, but the next day they started the same thing in the game area!

Hotel management offered me to drop to mall road by hotel car and I accepted the offer. After keeps on waiting for 45 minutes, but they could not arrange transport. They should not offer which they are unable to deliver.

Location of hotel is within Mall road. Room was nice. staff was helpful. I did not have breakfast in hotel as I realised that it was costly and I preferred to have outside.

Location was horrible. Not connected with the main road and the hotel car was not available when needed. All these are not mentioned in booking.com, hence we were not aware of these, until we reached there.

Bad services, bad food, not even clean water bottles. They used rusted water bottles. We stayed there for 3 nights and the breakfast was same all day with bad taste. Overall I won’t recommend this property. The services of the property has been depleted tremendously and not worth staying anymore for families.

while entering they took lot of time in payments without thinking how tired we were. room was smelly as soon as we entered .. they did not even put room freshner

As soon we entered they asked us to pay full rent of the room, we were so tired although they were worried for their payment. They took lot of time in all this.
