Wifi is spotty or none in my cottage.

it’s small but clean, good location and restaurant onsite.

There were some birds mating behind the cottages.. so anytime you went outside you would get swarmed by them defending their nests.

The cottages are adorable! Very clean and warm with beautiful architecture. The staff was fantastic there was a little mixup with the cottage and they made up for it by giving us free breakfast. The breakfast was also excellent.

The wi-fi was never working and I was expecting something better from the view. Furthermore, the door of the cottage we had was a bit difficult to open from the inside.

there’s no one to check in with. I emailed but no one replied about the room question I had. I also wish there was a Kleenex box.

The hot water ran out quickly, there were only two cups provided,perhaps two plates and cutlery for two would be helpful.

You don't really have a view of the mountains from the cottages, unless you walk out door and go behind the building.

Overpriced - our most expensive accommodation and without breakfast! For that money we were expecting some interesting view from the cottage, which unfortunately was not

One of the room smoke sensor was beeping the whole night so couldn’t sleep and had to go to the another room to sleep. It was not a good experience at all

We booked the cottage house, but on the day of arrival, only when I called to get check in info I got informed that we were moved from cottage house to the hotel because of renovation. Hotel was OK, but you should inform your guests upfront about such events.

That i wasn’t told that the cottages were closed and we were moved to the hotel…i called and then they said aboyt the closing…they would have told us aboyt this uppon arrival….it was our anniversary and we wanted a cottage …i chose this place for a reason out of many…it was so sad that no one told us a thing

Unclear car park location - hard to figure out especially if you arrive after dark. Suggest proper signboard

Location is perfect! Managed to get a glimpse of aurora while staying there! Surrounding areas which we explored the next day were majestic

Superb cottage with everything you need. Large room and great size bathroom, microwave, fridge and kettle. Comfy beds and couch, everything is just so well presented. Location is great, and hosts provide you all the details via email for self check in.

Amazing breathtaking location with a mountain view behind you. The cottage was warm and cosy, good size for a couple, bathroom inside was very clean and instant hot water.

Everything was amazing!

Very easy check-in, parking on-site, and equipped with everything you might need for a short stay. The bed is super comfortable, the space is very warm, and the surroundings and view are stunning.

Restaurant was filled with tour bus, WiFi very weak in cottage and fire alarm beeping all night.

Blinds could either be openend or closed. I wished to have a second blind which is seethrough to get in some light while beeing proteced from unwanted views No breakfast available on the spot, which is mentioned in the mail.
