Wonderful place to stay! Fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, clean bathroom and comfortable room. The staff was very friendly and they were expecting us, even though we had booked just an hour before arrival.

Only issue for us was the fact that there was only one bathroom which also housed the toilet. A separate toilet would help solve waiting times.

Charming little guesthouse with some beautiful decorations all around! The owner and the staff are super friendly and really helpful! Kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are comfy. Highly recommended!

We had booked one family and a two bed room and unfortunately the two bed room had no windows which was not pleasant.

Great kitchen, nice location directly at the waterfront. Plus: Super nice family room with couch and great views.

Rooms a little smaller than others we stayed at around the Ring road. We probably didn’t know how to work it properly, but the shower was cold. Steep driveway to get to the parking by the rooms.

We loved the kitchen on site and the cafe downstairs. Delicious coffee! The beds were really comfortable, I had the best night sleep on the trip in those beds. I was worried about it being hot since the room didn’t have a window, but it was comfortable and stayed really dark. Would stay here again.

The property is so quaint and quirky, you won't find anything like it. It feels like a home rather than a business, with a warm welcome, relaxing lounge, generously equipped kitchen and a cosy bedroom.

The room didn't have natural light but there was a ventilator to keep the air fresher. The car park was rather steep to drive up but overall, we managed and had a lovely time!

Beautifully decorated home (all rooms including the toilet!) with a fully equipped kitchen. We stayed in the small twin room which fitted a small square table, a chair and a large bedside cabinet. The beds were comfortable and the shower/toilet was the most well furnished of all the places we stayed in Iceland - large sink, coat hanger and a bamboo chair! There was even a dog to play with in the cafe below :-)

Only downside: Walls are a bit thin. Some other guests (bigger group) were a bit loud when they came in late at night.

Probably one of the coziest places on earth. great kitchen, super friendly staff. I felt very at home in the place. Same for the café downstairs. The view on the mountain is also beautiful!

Pleasent 'house' with many rooms all occupied. Shared bathroom was big and well supplied with everything needed Large and well stocked kitchen with storage for own supplies. Able to use communal items Lovely hosts greeted us and were available if needed. Communal lounge view of mountain Parking outside house. Comfortable room Quirky decor - loved it
