We had rlthe only one apartment with kitchen in the hotel, there was luck of cooking utensils.

Everything was great, despite the smell coming from the hot water of the shower (they let you know already at the beginning, that it’s coming from the hot springs tho). Besides that, everything was really nice!

A full breakfast wasn't offered since it is the slower winter season.

The common breakfast gathering area was a nice place to meet fellow travelers getting some coffee. Our skylights faced north so we could watch for northern lights from the room (unfortunately, it was cloudy the night we stayed there.)

Shower curtain was not able to cover the water from the shower so the entire bathroom was left wet.

No frills, cute little inn - this was a great pit stop for us. We stayed one night and it was comfortable with no issues. Self check in, there is a dining area where we ate our dinner and there's also a simple breakfast provided. While we did not see the northern lights, it looked like a good location to be able to view it.

There was an unpleasant smell in the corridor. The interior was slightly outdated. For breakfast, only crispbread and spreads (butter, Nutella, peanut butter, jam) were available, with tea, coffee, and cappuccino. If you want a hearty breakfast before a long day, I recommend buying something extra for yourself.

The sauna and outdoor jacuzzi were available to all guests. The room was clean. The bathroom had a hairdryer.

The communal lounge area was OK but lacked a real fire or seating that you would look forward to using. The light on outside our room should be on a sensor and not all night as although the curtains were thick you could see it around the edge and spoilt views of the stars.

Our room was a good size - very warm, clean, very comfy bed and great view over the water. the setting is fantastic with mountains right behind. We loved the sauna and hot tub being twenty meters away (although there were problems with the tub when we were there) and the complimentary simple breakfast was nice and supplemented our own supplies,

The shower curtain was not big enough and therefore half of the bathroom floor was wet every time someone had a shower. You can hear other guests through the walls ever so often.

Very clean room, staff were very friendly and helpful. We made use of the laundry service (3000 kr.) which was a lifesaver for us at that point in our trip. The location is great, only a short drive from Borganess. We also made use of the spa pool on site, which had a great temperature and was very clean.

It was our first night from our stay and we had a chance to see the northern lights. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our time at this beautiful place.

Sound travels quite well between floors, so while music was being played in the dining room, it felt like there was a party in my room. But it quieted down after 22 so I have no complaints. Except for noisy hotel guests that obviously thought they were the only ones around.

The rooms on the ground floors are basic motel rooms opening straight into the car park (mountain view). Shabby and outdated decoration, it felt like they hadn't been refreshed since the 70s, Rusting radistors, flimsy curtains. Very basic

People were running above us and stomping their feet. Also the room next to us, you could hear every conversation. Also, they were cooking in a rice cooker outside their room a bit late at night so that ruined the tranquillity and nice atmosphere around us.

By the sea and between the mountains, perfect location to see auroras. They had also a sauna and jacuzzi. Very good location and nice rooms.
