Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandThere were a lot of steps up towards the buubbles. We had been traveling for a week and had a big suitcase - be prepared for minimal things in a backback only to save some hassle.
Fantastic customer service and location. Very clean facilities. Great glamping experience.

United KingdomCar park had turned into an ice rink and was a bit small. Hooks in the bathrooms are slightly broken. The air inside the bubbles is very dry but I don’t know what could be done about that.
Amazing location. Very quiet and sheltered from wind but with great views. Away from light pollution too.

United StatesCouple small IKEA end tables next to bed would be nice.
We had a great stay. We lucked out after mix of clouds and snow during our visit to Iceland. The night we stayed was totally clear. And then we had a great show of Northern Lights. David, the host, came to get us and told us the best place to see them. Unbelievable experience.

AustraliaMagical vibes, great location for viewing northern lights, walkway up the hill into the woods was pretty, very comfy bed. There was a great view from the hill to see the northern lights and got lucky with clear sky's. It also felt good to sleep with a view of nature in the safe harbor from the wind.

United StatesIt was magical! Hands down our favorite thing we did on the entire trip. We saw the northern lights lying in bed through the clear roof. The bed was heated and very comfortable. The caretaker was so kind and gave great recommendations for places to eat near by too.

United StatesWe loved it. It was a pretty steep staircase up to the bubbles, so might be difficult for people who struggle with that.
It was unique and made our visit to Iceland special. The staff was helpful and showed us around upon arrival and showed us around. The bubble was adorable and very clean. We loved the little lanterns leading up the path to the bubble.

United StatesOur buubble was somewhat crowded by overhead trees, so the view of the sky was limited and a bit disappointing. Most other buubbles that we could see has much less trees overhead.
Very cool stay. Being able to sleep on the most comfortable bed with the view of the sky overhead is just amazing, even with the inconveniences of not having a private bathroom.

United StatesIt would be nice to have bathrooms attached to the bubble or private bathrooms. It also would be nice if the check in times weren't so rigid.
The staff was very friendly when we entered. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! It was nice that we could not see any other bubbles or people that were also staying there.

Hong KongThe draining of the service house’s shower rooms is not working so well. Had to stop the water running for a while or else I was afraid I would flood the place.
Considering how secluded the place is, you would be surprised by how clean, warm and well-ventilated the sleeping bubble is. The staff took great care to make the sleeping space neat, clean and beautiful. Its a once in a lifetime experience you will not forget.

United StatesThey desperately need to improve the facilities. There are two toilets up on the hill, but for shower or coffee/tea you have to come all the way down to the container. In the container, there are two toilets and two showers, and the space on the narrow corridor is very tight so you brush up against other guests as you try to approach a stall. Two showers is absolutely not enough for nine rooms. There were only three rooms' guests getting ready that morning but we had to wait for the shower for about 20 minutes, standing in the tiny kitchenette, while someone was blowdrying their hair a yard from us, and another guest was repacking their intimates on our other side. All in all, it felt more like a crowded campsite, so while the bubbles themselves were great, the experience didn't quite justify the hefty price tag.
The location was good, just a couple miles off the highway. The property is very intimate, we loved the stairs leading up through the forest, and the paths taking you to the bubbles. The bubbles themselves were also great - clean, warm and well spaced so they provided enough privacy while being fully transparent.

QatarIts really hard to find something that we didnt like it, maybe something they can improve is to serve breakfast, of course with additional price.
The expectation to be in the middle of the forest, in a cozy and warm room, enjoying the view to the sky full of stars, and the chance to see northern lights was exceed from the hotel.
