Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe bathroom fan and celing light did not seem to work so it got very steamy and humid in the room after showering. I needed to open the window but then it got cold. Also, it should be more prominent before you book that there is no lift and that shoes cannot be worn indoors. Even more importantly, that downstairs next door there is a nightclub open until 4.30am at weekends. I was on the 3rd floor and could still hear the base thumping all night- not very good if you are a light sleeper.
Excellent location and helpful staff!

United StatesWe appreciated being able to store our luggage, as we arrived before check in time. Unfortunately, we were not given the punch-in code at any time to enter the building, so we had to sit outside for 45 minutes as no one answered our knocks and had to wait for another guest going in, to gain entrance. And that was just by happenstance that someone finally came along. Very disappointment with that and we never saw the staff after our initial luggage drop off.
Nice location.

United StatesEntrance is a bit hard to find since not labeled. Not everyone followed the rules or no shoes inside.
Room was clean and supplied with towels. when getting our own room, it comes with a sink. this is super useful as you don’t need to take up the communal bathrooms with shower, toilet, and sink when you need to just use the sink.

United StatesWi-fi was spotty at best, which made it easier to connect to the cafe next door instead of the actual facility wi-fi. Also the bed was situated in a space that made it exceedingly easy to bump one's head.
Check in was pretty easy. Punch in a code, claim your key, and you're on your way. Instructions were clear and it wasn't a hassle to find my way.

United StatesStaff is at reception for very limited hours during the day, so I did not see them the entire time I was there. I didn’t have any issues, but others did and had a lot of trouble getting them resolved since the staff wasn’t present/wasn’t very responsive. Room was ok, but bathrooms could use some work.

FranceI was supposed to do a self-checking, by finding the keys of my room at the lobby with a piece of paper mentioning my name and my room number. However, I did not find my name on the paper and spent 40 minutes trying to contact the owners (phone + SMS), without answer from them. I managed to figure out my room number by opening the ones available, according to the facilities that needed to be included in my room. Only the next day (morning), I received confirmation from the owners about my room number. Due to that I unfortunately can't put the maximum note.
Very comfortable bedroom, and pretty decoration with a set of Icelandic books available for example. The localisation close to city center is also a great plus !
