Proximity to airport is greatest benefit. Stayed last night. 10 minutes drive to airport in the morning. Hot tub in backyard with great open sky views good for Northern lights. Nice kitchen and fabulous host who lives next doors

Nothing! It was perfect!

It was warm and comfy. The host was on site and was very helpful getting the hot tub working. The beds etc were made up everyday. The kitchen had everything we needed. It had space for a car to park.

Nothing wrong at all, I wish we could stay more

It's quite difficult to describe how good was our stay. Position is excellent, less than 10 minutes ride to the airport and 1 minute from a gas station where to refill the car before drop off. The area is very quiet. Check in was zero-seconds since the exquisite owner was there for us (and a hot tub was already filled and waiting for us on the wooden patio under a starry night). The apartment is perfectly equipped for any need. Everything is clean. Lighting is good. Room temperature is perfect. Bathroom is very comfortable, beds too. This apartment makes you feel at home.

Shower water was too hot.

This was the best supplied accommodation with everything you could need. Excellent kitchen, comfortable beds and peaceful. The hot tub is an excellent bonus, as was watching the aurora from inside it. It's a good option for the night before a flight from Keflavik Airport, but the property itself deserves more than a one night stay.

The hot tub was absolutely a G-d send! Really kicked our stay to an 11! It was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. The apartment was small but efficient. Great bathroom/shower. It is really close to the airport.

I would give this place 100 out of 10 if I can. Spacious, clean, well decorated, well equipped. Simply perfect! The host is lovely and very informative, makes check-in super smooth and we definitely felt very welcomed. I booked this place because it's close to the airport and having to catch a flight at 8am but everything exceeded my expectations. Thank you Jolanta!

The owner met us to hand over the keys. Gave us extra information and answered our questions. She is well helped to oder the taxi for one couple from our group. We are very exited. We booked two apartments, we have got detailed information before accommodation and on the place. In the apartments were all necessary for the staying there.

The host was very nice and helpful while also giving you all the privacy that one would want. The apartment was exceptionally clean and so quiet. I was able to drop my bags at around 7 or 8AM and recieved a text that the apartment was ready a couple hours later. It is a very short drive less than 10 minutes to the airport. Could see the Northern lights from the apartment and a 2 minute drive north with no light pollution it was even better. I would rent this place again.

Jolanta could not have been more kind and helpful. She is gifted with hospitality… she met us, showed us around, gave us a great recommendation for dinner, and the details she equipped the cottage with were so incredibly thoughtful. Room darkening curtains, hair dryer, different kinds of soaps, toothpaste and even girlie stuff! Apartment had some food stuffs, hooks where you needed them, and a hot tub. Only 9 minutes from KEF, it was a perfect place. Super cute! Highly recommend.

A beautiful, quaint and cozy apartment. It was bright, and clean and perfect for our family of 6. About 10 mins from the international airport but out of the busy city. You could see the waves crashing from the backyard! The hottub was left ready and waiting for us when we arrived. The host thought of everything and even left a little surprise for us. Highly recommend.

The bed is against the wall, so it does make it a little difficult for the 2nd person to get in and out of.

There is nothing not to like about this place and it's owner.

Perfect loaction for a quick trip to the airport for an early flight. Hot tub was wonderful. The host was exteremly helpful. The beds are comfortable. Kitchen is usable and includes everything. Frankly you won't find a nicer place by the airport. Lots of room for 2 couples. Book this one if it's available you'll enjoy it!

Nothing-wonderful stay!

The host was so kind and welcoming- this was our last night in Iceland and we wish we could have stayed longer at her home. She set up the hot tub and it was so lovely. Cozy and clean, and stocked kitchen. She left chocolate bars on each bed and was just so thoughtful. Even the bath was stocked for all needs you could possibly think of. Highly recommend!
