The location of the house is right next to the church and a minute walk from down town. The host was great, very friendly and if you have any questions they get back to you fast. the rooms are nice, toilet was clean. The kitchen and dinning room are well equipped and are very cozy. The coffee and a selections of teas were super nice. :)

The place feels like home, not an hotel, or a guesthouse. The rooms are big and cured in all details. The kitchen is big and well equipped there's a big common room with a great space. It is cleaned and staff is super friendly! Takk!

Fantastic location, really close to hallgrimskirkja, and pick up point. Almost attractions a walking distance. Also the house is really nice, George and Marjin make a huge difference, they are really fast to answer emails and helping you pretty much in almost anything you need. A plus for chat at night in the dinner room.

The bathroom was quite small, and didn't feel very clean or just not in great condition. The parking was okay off site, but it was difficult to get a free spot, although price for paid parking wasn't that bad.

The staff was great. The room was cozy and quite comfortable. The heated bathroom was very nice. The location was great for walking in Reykjavik. Had all the amenities I was hoping for.

It could have used better lighting in the exterior areas. One person in our group had a fall .

The location was fantastic. We were a family group of 11 and the large dining table was perfect for gatherings. The price point made it affordable for our large group.

This was a great place to go when first arriving in Reykjavik. The proprietor let me keep my bags there prior to check in, and he worked hard at getting me checked in earlier than the stated time after an overnight flight. Nice facilities, friendly guests, and very friendly manager. Good price for the location.

It’s an older house so some facilities are a little small and dated, but still a fantastic value for the price and location.

The location is absolutely perfect. Quick walk to see the main walking strip and the big church.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The location was perfect. It was close to restaurants that served Icelandic food, shops, the bus stop #8 and the beautiful church at the top of the hill. I loved walking in the area and felt safe going out on my own at night to see the Northern Lights.

Clean, comfy, nice staff, everything you need, great location, quirky in a nice way compared to some of the other boring style places around. Nice art work on the walls etc. Easy do it yourself breakfast, totally easy going. I would stay again, this would be my go to place. Me and my friend both liked it, we stayed on 2 separate occasions and both rooms were different but nice.
