The checkin was super easy, every demand was taken in concern (we wanted to store pur luggage), we really appreciated free coffee on a teracce after arrival after a long day. For a very reasonable price we got a big comfort and very cosy accomodation. The hosts were very nice, the whole place has a nice familiar atmosphere.

The bathroom is a little tight but I think that's a European thing haha.

Fantastic location. There was an accident blocking entry when I arrived but I was easily able to navigate there by going around + there was free parking. This place is located right behind Hallgrimskirkja church! There was no staff there when I arrived but they left a paper with my name giving me all the instructions I needed to find my room and get in. I stayed in the backyard guesthouse. Lots of natural light, it's small but cozy!

Great budget option. Very comfy, clean, private bathroom, easy check in, laundry facilities, easy walk to city centre. Did not meet host but they responded promptly to questions asked via the booking.

Great to have a kitchen with free beverages and cereals. Location was about 10min walk from BSI Bus Terminal so it's very convenient. Just a few steps away from the church too.

Where do I start, I was exhausted from traveling around Iceland. As soon as I walked in Leo, one of the owners, made me feel at home. Authentic care and attention to travelers needs. Leo showed me the place, the different rooms I can pick from and simply made me feel right at home among long time friend. I needed to do laundry desperately and Leo offered me access to the house laundry facility. That saved me from my hiker clothes sink. Lol The house is so charming, comfortable, clean, quiet and right in the center of everything. I can see the iconic hallgrimskirja church right from the window as it's across the street. The house has a beautiful "soul", full of character with modern amenities. Has an amazing backyard garden where I sipped my coffee and read. There is also a sense of community around here. Travelers share stories, food and snack they no longer need and helpful tips. This is by far the best place I've stayed at in Iceland. If im ever back to Reykjavik I won't be looking or shopping around. It's this home that I'll choose. Thank you Leo and staff for making my visit awesome.

Very thin walls and could hear everything from my room, room was located in the basement area right under the dining or common area, other guest were making noises with chairs until late night. But all of it is probably my problem, I’m a light sleeper.

Location, cleanliness, availability of charging adapters, clean bathroom, nice environment, friendly communication. I liked the guesthouse start a lot, price was great and it’s close to the bus station.

Just need a sign telling us we were at the hotel. Everything else was great.

George was very accommodating. The location of the guest house was great. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay there.

The WiFi didn't fully work for my room, I'm not really sure what the issue was.

The room and entire guesthouse are super beautiful, the decorations are so charming. The location is so close to the church, and a few minutes walk to the bus stop that does airport transfers.

Amazing location in the centre of town. We had a room with a shared bathroom which was excellent. The bathroom was always free and shared between few rooms. Beds were super comfortable and the host was very friendly. Shared kitchen was great and had everything we needed.

Stayed in the garden house and it was such a lovely stay. Had its own brand new bathroom with shower, nice and quiet away from the main house. Great location and easy to find parking

Rooms were clean - some have private bathrooms, others were shared facilities, all very clean Breakfast cereal was available for all to use and cooking facilities were shared and adequate # Owners provide taxi service to/from guest house for about £100 Clean towels provided
