Microwave in the units, and putting more hooks to hang stuff in the bathroom as bathroom has tons of space.

Spacious room and bathroom, plenty of hot water and access to small kitchen. However, there is no microwave, which could have been great. I don't know why it is designed that you can not bring your car to the cottage as there is space and it will be very helpful for the guests, especially in inclement weather. Mind it that Google takes you much longer route, adding 30 to 40 minutes so I asked the owner/caretaker to let the future guests know where to make the turn, and might want to put some signs.

We watched the northern lights very well during the two nights we stayed here. The interior of the house is very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. And the farm was very enjoyable. It could be much more enjoyable for a long-term stay.

Kind friendly host, wonderful and quaint space, privacy from other cottages with trees that have grown since the photos on bookings.com were taken. Private bathroom, shower, kitchenette, BBQ outside, a little porch and chairs for you, a table inside to eat around. Fantastic, would recommend.

The door to the bathroom did not close all the way, and the doorways were quite low for my tall husband. The double bed nearly filled the bedroom, which might be an issue if there are more than 2 of you.

Great location in the middle or all that the Eastfjords has to offer. Lots of great day trip options away from the ring road. The cabin was quiet and comfortable, with a tiny bedroom and a very low lofted sleeping area suitable for older kids only. The views from the cabin (and most of the large property were spectacular- mountains to the west and the lake to the east. Wow. The cabin was spartan but clean and efficient, with adequate cooking utensils and a grill.

We booked the private bungalows with shower and toilet. Really friendly staff and very peaceful and quiet location. If you like hiking this is a good place to stay for sure, a lot of nice places to hike close by. This was probably the best stay of our whole trip, wish we could have stayed another night and done some more hiking!

Loved it all.

We were traveling with 3 other families. The setting is beautiful. Rather than checking out the area we decided to stay at our cabins and enjoy the property. The kids loved playing outside. The dog “Snoodle” was a bonus. They miss him already! Thank you to everyone for making this stop so memorable.

This place has a unique location coming down from Öxi going to and through Egilstaðir to various magical places in the East of Iceland. The huts are very cosy and clean. It ís a tremendous bónus that they have Horses♥️ the nature and sorroundings are beutiful 😍 thank you 🌞

This is one of the best top tier stays from our Iceland trip. We enjoyed every minute here. Tiny houses are perfect and we had everything we needed inside the house. They have a setup of bbq for each houses and we used it for our evening meal. Host is so welcoming and amazing. Dog at this property is cutest and will spend time with you if you are having the bbq plans :p Me and my husband still about this place how amazing and dreamy it was to stay here. Host has taken care of everything that you could possibly need. :)

The only negative is the distance out of town but we knew that when we booked.

The small cottage was great for a couple. The rural setting was quiet and peaceful and the cottage had everything needed.
