the shared toilet for 5 or 6 rooms requires some adaptation to the times of the others, but while traveling it is something you take into account

the place is very comfortable and clean. food at the restaurant is very good and staff is absolutely kind.

I was happy with everything!

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, also the whole location of the place. I also loved the restaurant/bar area, and had fish & chips for lunch there the following day and that was incredible.

Limited amenities in the room, no shampoo and shower gel. Only hand soap. No fridge but you can store your food in the restaurants fridge (it belongs to the hotel)

After a long journey the owner was extremely welcoming upon our arrival and helped us with everything that we needed. The room was spotlessly clean and was warm and comfortable on our arrival. WiFi was quick and reliable. Property located in a beautiful small fishing village which was exactly a part of Iceland we wanted to experience. We would have loved to have stayed longer had our plans allowed.

There is nothing in Suðureyri to do no restaurants and no markets this place are disconnected from the world.but the service was good and also the owner of the guesthouse is that one guy are mange all this village.but nice people there.

Arrival without information about the doors PIN code. Mid of October Restaurant was closed - although on booking.com in the room description options for lunch and dinner are offered. Breakfast was the worst offer for a long time. Self service out of a badly sorted fridge. Milk was gone bad. Dirty staff from old guests standing around from previous days. No sausage offer. Just a pure service to run away.

The room with the beds was ok. Bathroom to cold without heating.

Luckily, there was only one other person eating when we went down for breakfast. While excellent, it was served in a tiny corner of the restaurant so we had to wait for others to move.

We are glad we drove out to Suðureyri rather than staying in Isafjordur. The location was picturesque. Our room was the perfect size and comfortable. The downstairs restaurant served food and drinks so we enjoyed a beer in the evening. Breakfast was yummy.

I booked two rooms with private baths: we were in Room 10 with a shared bathroom. Not wonderful. The parking spaces to the left of the hotel should be marked better. At least two should be off-limits to hotel guests and reserved for the neighbors on the hill above. They were not happy to see tourists parking there.

We liked the feeling of local community at Fisherman Guesthouse. Matte was a huge asset is making us feel welcome.

A fishing village at the end of a Fjord! Simply amazing! It was great for one nights stay. Really well taken care of and clean accommodations! The breakfast was so good! They process their own lox in town and it honestly was some of the best I had! Fisherman brand is theirs and their products are good! We loved this place.
