The unit was comfortable and warm - being self contained was also good for us. While the bed was comfortable it could have been slightly bigger to provide a bit more room. Having onsite parking was also useful.

I would've liked to have had 3 chairs at the table instead of 2. For 3 people we pulled the table side close to the bed so one person would use the bed to sit on, but for 4 people it would've been a challenge to eat at the same time

It was perfect for our stay. It had a small kitchen, but well equipped and enough for prepping some quick meals. Easy check in using a door code. We had some issues using the code until we figured out you need to push the numbers very gently and then it worked. We also had some issues starting the stove and the personnel was very nice, come to show us how to do it. Felt pretty stupid, but they were very nice about it. Seemed the "lock key" was on, all we had to do was push that lock button to unlock it. Room was big enough for us -2 adults and 1 teen. It could fit 4 people. Perfect location for us to visit the Lava tunnel and the Golden Circle

Best sleep ever! Bed was comfortable. We flew into Iceland very early in the morning, missing a night of sleep. We called the property and they graciously provided an early check in. We had an afternoon nap, then enjoyed an early evening hot tub and slept soundly for 12 hours.

So the huts are tiny and basic with no views, but they are cheap, so you get what you pay for! I saw reviews moaning about the smell of the water, but that is normal in Iceland. They have two water pipes, one is odourless drinking water and the hot shower water is straight from the earth and smells of sulphur. It's not a big deal once you know that!

The smells from the sink and other drainage in the cottage, windows and doors need painting.

The welcoming and friendly staff, nice and hygienically clean, location in Selfoss, nearby shops, restaurants and market. Equipped with all the necessities as a studio cottage. The money reflects the quality you pay. Ample parking.

One of the problems We have seen was the smell of the bathroom, we don’t know if it was cause of the country but it was ankward.

It think the location was the best of the property.

The kitchen was small so a bit challenging to cook large meals and wash dishes.

We had our own little cabin, it had it's own little kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen had stovetop and kettle, the necessities for cooking simple meals. The location was not far from town center, close to supermarkets and restaurants.

Traces of mold in some corners - perhaps inevitable in this kind of building and environment. Also a bit more shelves for food in kitchen and for our stuff in general would be helpful.

Good location for the "Golden Circle" natural monuments. Bungalow comfortably warm even when freezing outside (geothermal heating + hot shower!), comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Super easy self check-in (numeric code sent in advance; we would not have to even meet the guy from the reception but we did anyway, as we needed his help to understand the operation of the stove; he gave us a physical key to make entering easier).

We had a problem with the toilet that didn't flush. They send someone immediately and it turned out that probably previous people turned on the water supply to the toilet because it was producing noise 🤦‍♀️

Little houses are great place to stay. There's a small kitchen to cook basic food and a bathroom. It's quite spacious and comfortable

- you could here everything from your neighbours, so if the are loud …. -it was freezing and the key got stuck all the time so we had to heat the key. Maybe better to change to lock into a normal one. So in the winter there no problems with that.

It was small but comfy.. there is small kitchen with all kitchen equipment, you also got the microwave.

The room was very poorly soundproofed and there was a lot of noise from movement in the room next to it and opening and closing the door. The downpipe makes a little odor when there is water running down it (like when you wash your face).

The location was easy to find, the staff were very friendly, the room was small but well equipped and very clean, there was a small microwave and you could heat your own food.

No coffee machine or press in the rooms. Would need to bring your own tea and coffee.

Stopped here on our way through the costal roads. A really cute cabin. Able to cook up some pasta without issue. Snowed overnight and was very magical to wake up to a winter wonderland. Everything done with a code for check in/out.
