The bathrooms were a bit dark and mildewy smelly. One room was quite warm, the other cool, we couldn't change the temperatures, but it wasn't so extreme.

Taxi from the airport recommended by the desk went great, we were spent a few hours walking around Keflavik (Playground nearby for kids, Viking Museum, grocery stores, Subway for lunch), and were able to get our rooms in the afternoon. Had a lovely dinner in the restaurant. Early morning shuttle to the airport worked great too, but don't be late, they left very promptly. Nice lobby with snacks.

Wifi was the only problem. Very slow and would disconnect.

Lovely staff. I appreciate the concierge’s help on the evening of the 17th. She was very accommodating and helped me with a problem. The new guy at the front desk was also very sweet. He had trouble finding our reservation but was very sweet and apologetic. And the woman who came by to train him was very efficient. Staff was the best part by far. Greatly appreciated.

Although the rooms were very nice I thought the bathroom needed more light. It just seemed to dark in there even with the lighted mirror on.

Location to Airport is great just a 20 minute drive. The hotel is well maintained with attractive rooms and common spaces. Breakfast is great and begins at 4 a.m. for early morning guest departures and there is a free shuttle to the airport.

More of a transit hotel for people arriving late or leaving early from Keflavik airport. The hotel is not in a location for anything other than for the reason of access to the airport. There is a bistro and bar which were very welcome as fairly remote location. The room was large and nicely appointed. Very comfortable bed. Very welcome shuttle service available to book for free.

I'd have thought the hotels in the area would club together and provide a shuttle rather than guests having to cab it for 4500 ISK.

The room is huge, which is usually a good thing, but it was cold (even though it’s summer) and there were no extra blankets available.

We stayed here the night before our departure from Keflavik and it met our expectations. Fortunately, the kitchen and bar were still open when we arrived at 9pm so we were able to get some food (which was very good, but standard fare). The rooms were clean and spacious for our family, and it was very convenient to return our rental car and get to the airport without having to wake up extra early

Breakfast was expensive and not that good, despite the many options available. Next time I stay, I won't opt for breakfast.

The room was clean, modern, and spacious. The shower felt spa-like. Having a bar (with happy hour) and restaurant on the property were wonderfully convenient. The shuttle ride to the airport made travel stress-free.

In the room there was no bottle of water. To buy one bottle 330ml from the hotel costs 400isk. Nothing nearby to eat something. At the hotel there is a bistro but its quite expensive.

It was just a few minutes from the airport by car. The shuttle to airport very helpful!!

- Shuttle bus to airport could have been every half hour and not every hour. We ended up being very early at the airport.

The tea and coffee provided in the top were very mean. One English breakfast teabag, one herbal. Only 2 coffees. We both like tea (proper tea not herbal) at night and in the morning.
