cleanliness and location to the airport food in restaurant was good

restaurant and bar were handy as we didn’t want to leave as it was a stop over night before flying out. airport shuttle was very convenient for us. room was new and large, bathroom was modern. just what we needed! don’t stay here if you aren’t wanting to be near the airport though! would recommend for a night stop over.

We didn't have breakfast or any of the meals. However, the staff at the desk were very accommodating with making coffee etc as well as providing an AC plug converter.

its located far from everything except the Airport. also there could be better coffee at the breakfast or more choice for gluten-free/ lactose free food for breakfast. but all in all we enjoyed staying

The location meant that there were no other restaurants within walkable distance but thankfully our dinner at the restaurant at Konvin was good.

Room and bathroom very comfortable. Early breakfast (4am) available. Free shuttle to airport made it a good location for us.

The floor of the shower cubicle was very smooth and slippery (with no non-slip bobbles or mat) and I could easily have slipped over. I had to use a towel in the cubicle to stop myself from falling over. The floor in the bedroom was sticky.

The receptionist was very helpful and printed off our boarding passes for us. The beds were very comfortable.

Not a dislike but would be better if a kettle/tea/milk provided in the room. Not everyone drinks coffee/creamer.

We stayed at Konvin for one night only, after a night flight. It's very close to the airport, in great quality and easy check in/check out. It felt cosy despite having a lot of rooms. A very nice welcome to Iceland :)

pillows are soft so needed two - but just ask at reception for another one and you’ll get one! only other thing was doors shut loudly, even when we tried to be quiet. didn’t wake during the night/morning from other passengers entering/leaving but something to be aware of

The TV was not smart, so as an international traveler, I couldn't stream Netflix or other services.

The proximity to the airport and car rental return. The restaurant associated with the hotel was very good. Check-in was easy and quick.
