IcelandIn Room 3133(quite sure but 100%) the bathroom was cold like a freezer and no possibility to turn the heat on. From the air conditioning system there was a constant noise from above, quite unpleasant.
Newly renovated, quite tastfully. Free shutle service to the airport and free long term parking.

United KingdomI went down for breakfast at 6.30 am, despite alerting the Staff member that the scrambled egg in the buffet was dry and burnt ( probably been there overnight), she said she would replace it but didn’t do so during my stay in the dining room( I was there for 20 minutes). I also had to alert her that the breakfast waffles and sweets as advertised on the poster in the dining room were not there. she brought these - dry. great room but disappointing breakfast

really clean rooms and bathroom. massive room very spacious. close to airport and for exploring that side of the island. great shuttle service to the airport. dinner was surprisingly good and good value. loads of free parking outside the hotel. great location for dropping off a car rental and getting the car rental to drop you back to the hotel as it was nearby. great location for exploring the nearby volcano that erupted in august!

We just had some issues getting a transfer with child car seats for two three year olds in our group. Taxis would not bring us and the transfer we picked couldn't turn up in the end. Our car hire that included car seats didn't start until the next day as we arrived late

The room is very big and clean. They also offer the free shuttle bus to airport in the morning. The hotel is very close to airport and many car rental companies. It’s good to drop our car and get shuttle bus to airport next morning.

Excellent hotel close to Keflavík International Airport. Spacious and comfortable family rooms, friendly staff and very good service. The breakfast starts at 04:00, perfect for early flights. Ample parking space and a shuttle to Keflavík International Airport made it a very good choice.

ThailandThe only downside of the hotel is bathroom in both our rooms have really bad smell from the drain since we arrived into the room. Luckily that the smell didn’t come outside if we close the bathroom door. If they can fix this everything will be perfect.

CyprusBecause we had a late check in , and we couldn’t wake up very early.. When we went down for breakfast the ladies there told us that we have 15 minutes to eat, because at 10 o’clock we need to leave / they have to close the door.
The ladies at the reception were very nice and helpful. They helped us find pizza to order late in the evening . The breakfast was good, a lot of choices. The room was spacious.
