The room was really hot in the beginning. It took some time to figure out how to open the window and get some cool air in. Otherwise everything was as expected. Can recommend for anyone.

Our room was on the third floor up a very steep staircase and the bathroom was on second floor . It was nice and quiet and very private.The kitchen was in another side building which wasn’t convenient .

Lovely views ! There was chilled water as well as hot water for tea or coffee available .

One small issue was the bathroom with toilet which was shared between about 10 people. Perhaps there should have been an additional toilet to serve everyone on time during the morning "rush period".

Nice accomodation in very good location. The owners were nice and very flexible. We were only stayed for one night and that place perfectly suited our needs.

The Achilles heel of this property is the staff. We found the old lady rood, making a lot of useless observations like we were 8 years children ))) We could not use the common leisure space as all the time the owner was sitting there and observing us. There was no kitchen.

The view is just amazing from the balcony. It is quite place with big rooms.

Blackout curtains were not that dark. My mom hit her head 5 times in the room due to the sloping roof. and she is very short, 153 cm. The oven was left dirty by the previous tenants, so the smell was a bit bad.

We arrived later on a holiday. Just late enough to miss restaurant meals not so far away. We made do with food from a small grocery nearby. Not the proprietor’s fault. It would have been quite bad without the grocery.

The guesthouse was easy to get to and along our planned route. Breakfast was quite good with good selections. Nice bucolic setting.

Either the hot tub was broken or it didn't exist. The host was very brief. Sharing the WC with 3 rooms (up to 9 people, I think) was fine, but it would be better if the hair dryer and a sink were not only in the WC as well. Not a problem, but just an FYI that all the rooms in our building were up a steep flight of stairs. Not for everyone.

There was only one shower room with a toilet for the house we were in which had 7 beds across 3 rooms.

Very peaceful accommodation just outside Fludir with lovely lounge area and well equipped kitchen. Hot pool outside was an unexpected bonus.

In the smaller guesthouse, the toilet and shower are in the same space and shared with the two other rooms (7 persons in total). Meaning that the toilet is unavailable when someone is having a shower.

The heat was off in the afternoon but on at night so, it was too cold in the evening and too hot at night. Only one bathroom per floor, which is too poor for three bedrooms...

Hot tub needed a scrub. Kitchen was for guests in the guesthouse as well as the main house-got busy at times.

Large spacious room, overlooking the natural hot tub on the back deck and the farm beyond. Common areas were superb-large dining table, well stocked kitchen (a little tight with more than two guests trying to cook at a time), large living room with comfortable leather couches. Outside sitting areas that we could not enjoy due to rain and wind:(

Our room was quite small. It’s a room for 1 person rather than 2 people. Also our bedsheets had a poor smell to it and could have been washed further.

Breakfast was not included, but we paid the additional fee and it was good. The communal area was spacious and clean.

The kitchen and common area is just below the bedroom, so if you want a quiet place to rest, it can be a challenge. Thin walls. so it can be noisy. Having one bathroom/shower for 6 people can make it a bit of a challenge to get a bathroom when you need it. The rooms are very small for 2.

The location is good. Great place the view the northern lights. Liked having a kitchen downstairs.

Shower on the top floor is in a bath and the showerhead cannot be fixed on 'standing' height.

Guesthouse as a guesthouse should be. Has two houses: one with the kitchen and one with bedrooms/bathroom on the second floor. Kitchen is fully equipped and we were greeted by the owner. Beds are very good. Free coffee/tea available.
