Simple guesthouse with private rooms and shared bathrooms. Right in town, across from the BEST restaurant. Everything was clean and easy to access. Recommended!

This place was excellent. Clean. Organized. Good communication leading up to arrival. If I were to complain about anything - it would be that I wish I was more clear on all the amenities it had for a pleasant stay, including the great - well stocked kitchen and excellent coffee! Thanks.

Super clean. 1 fully equipped kitchen, 2 shared bathrooms and my tiny small room with small washing basin are all fantastic!! Facing harbour with great view and just be cautious of the strong wind. All good and lovely. Need to drive further out from town for Aurora, as street lights are bright. Only 1 supermarket Kronan and closes at 7pm so we did not get the chance to stock up.

Great location, right by the harbour and beside multiple restaurants. Clean, bed was comfortable and the room was a decent size. There was a sink in the room I stayed in which was nice and they had adapters for North American plugs. Would definitely recommend if you’re in Höfn

Shared kitchen of the guesthouse is wall to wall to the apartment and the wall is quite thin. Wasn’t a problem for us, but if you want to sleep early it might be a problem.

The bed and pillows were comfortable - truly important on a long trip. Room and shower were warm enough. It was in a perfect location - close to many restaurants. The pantry was well-equipped with free-flow cereal! The full-height windows were great for us to admire the scenery when it started snowing.

Traveling with our adult daughter, the separate ground level triple room worked well for us. The bathroom was very large compared to other guesthouses we had been staying at. Lots of hand/face towels which was a pleasant surprise. Also plenty of bath towels. Beds and linens were very nice and comfortable. The room had an area stocked with very nice coffee maker, tea kettle and fridge. There were also basics for breakfast but you would have to supply your own milk if you want cereal. There was also a waffle maker but we were not sure where to get the batter as mentioned in listing. There may have been a common kitchen where we could have gotten milk and waffle batter but we could not find any information.

Our room on the top floor was very small. Also, it was a bit inconvenient having to drive up to the back of the house, climb a short flight of stairs, to carry our luggage to the house. But other than this, it was great.

House was extremely clean. Really liked that there were three toilets (two for the bottom floor, one for the top floor), so that I didn't need to scramble to find a toilet when I had a stomachache! I liked being able to interact with the other guests too. I loved the little jar of cookies that the owner arranged on the dining table for us - a nice touch!

Fantastic location, large rooms, super clean. This was our favorite place we stayed in all of Iceland. The kitchen was very spacious and have everything to cook anything. Close to restaurants as well. Easy free parking in the back. The bathrooms had hair dryers which were a life saver after all the rain.

The studio didnt have a Electric hotplate/stove or even wash basin, so you cant cook. Thats the only drawback of this property

Location is just opposite to scenic harbour, numerous hotels and excellent walk in around the harbour. The room itself was amazing with all facilities top notch.
