The fridge is right next to the beds and the compressor can be quite noisy when it kicks in.

Such a lovely place to stay! Check-in and check-out was super easy. Communication with our really friendly host always quick and helpful. The apartment is cute and has all you need for two: Well-stocked kitchenette, super clean and modern bathroom, a giant TV (even though we never switched it on), and the place has its own private hot tub in the backyard! The location is perfect as it's just around the corner from Selfoss' central roundabout, so you'll find it easily and have a great base for exploring Iceland's beautiful southside. Also, you can drive to Reykjavík in just about one hour.

Fantastic accommodation. Clean, private, fully equiped. Hosts are excellent. Couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Selfoss. Hot tub was amazing in the cold evenings, which was a lovely bonus!

Great location, within 5 minutes walk to many restaurants. The garden is beautiful. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The bathroom looks new. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Great host who offered laundry service which we needed desperately after hiking 3 days in the rain. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay again in the future.

A little pricey, but so is everything else in Iceland. One thing we struggled with was how warm the room got and we don't know why as the heating wasn't on and we closed the blinds to the sun. We had to open the window and door for cool air in for a while. Would be nice if they added a garbage bin in addition to the one in the bathroom, but we just moved the bathroom one out to the kitchen.

Clean and comfortable overall with a separate entrance. Everything looked pretty new and there is a nice little kitchen for cooking for those who want to save money from eating out all the time. Nice touch having a green bin and recycling under the sink. The bathroom is also nice.

As the annex is located at the back of the house there wasnt a good path where we can pull our luggage directly to the door.

Guesthouse Henia was a small annex apartment to the main house that is ideal for couples. The place is clean and tidy, and have a simple kitchen to cook up some meals. Toilet is also new and clean. A comfortable stay overall.
