I wish the shower room can be a bit bigger. I am a mid built 5”4, but hard to turn around in the shower.

It was really hot after we left the shades open during the day. We knew to close the shades after but maybe a note that the unit will get hot if shades are open on sunny days. That’s probably welcome 75% of the year but I’m pretty sure we got it up to 85F when we left it for the day.

Such a great setup with the privacy of having your own place and own bathroom but set up on the water looking out at the midnight sun. We really enjoyed ourselves and thank you so much for having us.

Very cute cottage next to a lake, close by town with a couple of lovely restaurants. We loved the little sheep wandering around our hut. The host gave us great hiking recommendations!

We loved everything about it. The location is out of this world beautiful, three cottages in the shore of a lake. Beautiful, secluded, super clean, amazing views. I wish we stayed longer (we only had 1 night, a family of three).

It was pretty perfect.

This was an adorable little bungalow - well equipped with a cozy space in a quiet and peaceful location. You can hear ducks in the pond and sheep roam freely on the property. It was one of our favorite spots and I would absolutely return !

Loved this property so much. Perfect for families with kids. It’s a great place to relax, unwind, and unplug. The cottage had no noise or light pollution, and we were able to see the aurora on our second night. It’s also located in a good area to be able to visit West Iceland’s best sights (with a car).

In fact all was fine. Communication with host as well, but we did not see her, all by phone/sms. Maybe a small personal touch to say hello or goodbye would have been nice.

Nice house with a beautitful view. Special place to saty one night. All is available. Kitchen is good: you can buy food in nearby village without any problem.

Great location for the Snæfellsnes loop. Really nice cabin - all the amenities you’d need. and you just cannot ignore the gorgeous Icelandic Sheepdog pal - he routinely ‘pawtrols’ the area

Location is great, tucked in a quiet location but close enough to a town. The view is amazing and the cabin with the glass panels allowed us to enjoy the sunsets which was especially long at the end of the winter.

The cottage is located in front of a lake. You enjoy absolute calm and serenity. In addition to the wonderful context, the interiors are also really beautiful, with large windows on the outside.

Hot water is totally not enough, its re-heating time seems to be forever.
