Such an incredible place with great vibes! Staff couldn’t have been better and they have a great breakfast for only $2200 kr. Easy parking and comfy beds. Plenty of restrooms and showers even though they are shared. Also kind of nice that everyone takes off their shoes since many people are hiking and have very dirty boots. Would highly recommend!

I am a sensetive sleeper, so for me was to noisy, the walls between floors, rooms wasn't isolated enough.

I like the architecture of the house, the authentic old things around. Showers was clean, stuff very nice.

The rooms were very basic and would be nice if they had some character as well (pictures on the wall, etc).

The food was amazing and the staff were friendly, nice view from the windows and the common spaces of the guest house had a lot of character. Had the best fresh homemade bread we have had in years!

Perfect location for what we needed. Food was delicious and the staff was friendly. The room was ok but I made a mistake and booked shared bathroom not private. The bathroom was clean and acceptable. The decor and history was fabulous.

Showers and toilets are shared by many rooms. The windows should be equipped with mosquito nets because it's too hot with windows closed but invaded by bugs with windows open.

Beautiful historical building at walking distance from the Fontana hot springs. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Excellent restaurant with diverses options. Pool table in the basement.

Most of the negatives are due to the age of the building. The doors to the rooms were loud so that you heard other people all night. If you are sharing a room, it is hard not to wake that person up if you open the door for any reason. The room we had did have 2 chairs and a desk, but they were uncomfortable and it was challenging to move around the room.

The location was great and the main floor with it's historic touches was lovely. The food was good as well. The staff was helpful too. It would be a lovely place to stop in for lunch or dinner, not necessarily for a night's stay.

It is an old building and not sound proof, guest movements are audible.

Interesting Guesthouse with comfortable lounge and restaurant, it used to be a school and some decor from the previous use remains, creating nice atmosphere. Very close to the Fontana geothermal baths. Helpful staff

comfortable rooms, adequate WC/shower facilities and nice breakfast. We ended up eating there in the evening as well since they have a small restaurant, and were pleased with the quality of the food and choices available. Nice place to stay.
