The location is perfect, just next to main attractions. Rooms were clean, so were the showers and bathrooms. In the kitchen there are plenty utensils to use for cooking.

The location is perfect right behind Hallgrimskirkja. The facility is easy to find, clearly organized with signs, etc., very clean and the staff is friendly, kind and welcoming. We were able to store our luggage for the day as we arrived in Reykjavik very early. In particular, a lovely staff member named “Jumi” (I’m probably spelling this wrong) arranged for us to check into our room early because my daughter was exhausted and hadn’t slept in the plane. This was so kind of her and we really appreciated it!

Is difficult to find a free toilet in the early morning. The entrance instructions are quite confusing at we spent some time trying to understand which of all the entrance was the correct one.

The room was confortable and unless the bathrooms are shared you have a sink inside the room.

There weren't any lockers or safe space inside the room to keep the luggage and belongings. The rooms are small but I would prefer if there were less beds and the possibility to keep the belongings safe. Plus, for the price it would be nice to have breakfast included.

The location is great and even though the building is big, it's quiet and relaxed inside.

Price is too high. Specially if you get a room in the first floor. Washroom are not too clean and no privacy at all if your room is by the kitchen area.

I spent 2 separate nights here. The second night we stayed at a room with private bathroom, which was very good compared with our previous experience. The room was on the second floor, much more private than the first one. I can write a completely different review for our first night. The room was just next to the kitchen and lunch areas. To go to the washrooms (not as clean as desired) we needed to walk in front of everybody seating there eating or just taking a break.

The only thing that could be improved is the noise level on the ground floor. Because my room is right next to hallway on ground floor, there will be a bit noisy when people are gathering. Otherwise all good.

I only spent a couple nights here during my stay in iceland although it was a good stay and the staff were helpful in giving me ideas of what to do in reykjavik. Beds were comfy for the price that I paid and the whole hostel felt quite clean to me. location was excellent as it was right in the heart of Reykjavik. very close to hallgrimsjirka and bus stop 8 which was helpful to be able to get around the country

Our room couldn't be locked as the lock was broken. All the doors were sort of squeaky, the hostel would deserve better maintenance. Also the water pressure is very low in some bathrooms.

Good quality for hostel. Cheap for Iceland/Reykjavik with very convenient (central) location. Finally decided to stay twice - the first and the last day of our stay in Iceland.

I dont have any complains. Maybe a bit of noise in the night, but its expected in hostels of course.

The Hostel looks beautiful and gives a ver cozy feeling. The staff was super friendly. Beds were comfortably enough and the bathrooms well equiped for a Hostel. It has a kitchen to use, which is great to not spend too much money eating outside.

The door situation is a bit complicated with where you can enter and exit at certain times of the day or night.

WiFi could be better definitely for a country like this. - The bunkbed where I slept on cracked a lot and I missed an area near bed (when sleeping on upper bed) where you could put your belongings in.

They walked with me to the room - Showers and toilets were very clean - Towels and soap was included - Even though it was a hostel it felt like a hotel - Very close to touristic spots - When I come back I would stay here again
