The boardwalk was very slippery- I am a ‘mountain goat’ and even I had to tread carefully down the slight incline outside the hut- the ice was lethal haha. Mum struggled a lot more. Maybe put a few studs in? Two toilets for 8 huts, not too bad but had to wait to use them- pretty chilly haha!

Lovely little huts on their own boardwalk, in a quiet end of the town. Nice comfy beds and warm too. Decent kitchen in a large communal building.

They offer a common area/kitchen to make coffee/tea or even cook food. The shared bathtoom is really clean and so is the room. Perfect for a one night stay before an early morning flight, it would have been nice to experience staying for a few nights and see the Northern Lights!

V tiny point, a kettle in the room would have been nice (but there is one a short walk away in the main block).

Warm, comfortable and quiet, plenty of room to repack cases for the flight home after 11 days on the ring road, excellent bathroom in the main block, easy self check in/out, parking and less than a 10 minute drive to the airport (much appreciated at 4.45am!).

Our son said that the futon was a little uncomfortable but that was literally the only negative we could think of as we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a very late flight so it was awesome that we could just pick up our keys from a lock box. We then went to the communal kitchen where we were able to cook up a late night snack since everything was closed. Everything was clean and spacious for our family. It was also about a quick 6 minutes from the airport which was great, instead of having to drive 45 minutes to Reykjavik after a late night flight.

The only thing, maybe add a designated smoking area with a hash tray to dispose of buts, I am a cigarette smoker but I don't like to liter and throw my buts around. I butted them and threw them in the trash but not everybody thinks like me.

I really liked the cottage and the location, the kitchen was very clean, I was only there for a night but if I would of been there longer I would of been very satisfied.

The toilets and showers are in the main building...so in the middle of a storm you need to go out all the time.

The property is modern and the kitchen is super well equipped.

Nothing everything was exceptional

Very clean, very modern, warm and lovely hot powerful shower. I loved the kitchen area that was fully stocked and very clean. Food is very expensive in Iceland so this was very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. There is a flexible check in time. It's very close to the airport and car rental place. It's not too far from the Blue Lagoon. I will definitely return to this accommodation.

Excellent apartment that exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a larger cabin with bathroom facilities. The cabin was modern, well appointed, very clean with a comfortable bed. The cabins are also very convenient to the airport.

Our room was big with a massive modern bathroom, both spotless. With a late arrival and early departure, we literally only slept here for a few hours. The location is perfect as we were 10 minutes from the airport

Check in was super easy. Host was very responsive via Booking Messenger app. The units are as cute as they appear in the photos. It is close to The Blue Lagoon so location was perfect for our pending activity. Very clean and functional shared kitchen with all the tools you need to prepare a meal.
