Close proximity to the airport with sea views. Quiet residential location. Self check in and out so we didn't see any staff, not even at breakfast. Hotel is clean and well decorated throughout. We had a good sized room with a comfortable bed, bathroom had a good shower. Breakfast available from 0400hrs and is self service with a varied choice. Ideal for the airport and local restaurants.

Communication over messages was a bit slow and reception is not usually attended, however, self check in and check out were easy.

Simple but comfortable hotel close to Keflavik airport, a good option if you arrive late or have an early flight.

It was very hot in the kitchen/dining room. Don't like the glass door on the bathroom in the rooms.

Very nice kitchen/dining room with adequate self-serve breakfast & great coffee machine. Room is open all the time so could help oneself to a snack, drink, etc. Great place for airport proximity. Central for walking around Keflavik. Based on staying here last year, we booked again this year. Self-serve check-in & check-out. Phone at front desk for direct line to taxi.

The doors in the hotel are heavy and therefore there seemed to be constant slamming as other guests simply allowed them to slam behind them rather than closing them gently. I think the hotel needs to add some sort of door silencer on each of the doors. The rooms are also not very sound proof and we could hear loud commotion above us late at night at other guests were arriving to their room. There is also not a point staff situated at the front desk if you have general questions and want to talk to someone. There is a desk phone that you can use to call to talk to hotel staff if needed but it would have been nice to have someone at the desk to talk to when we had quick questions. There are no microwaves in the rooms and it was unclear whether guests were allowed to use the microwave in the breakfast room.

The continental breakfast was great with plenty of vegan options including plant-based milk for coffee. Self check-in was very easy and communication from hotel staff over email was prompt. Location was great- right near the water and walking distances to lots of shops and restaurants. Hotel shuttle is a taxi service which was very easy to use.
