The kitchenette was very small. We booked 2 rooms for 6 adults + 1 baby. The rooms were too small for our liking. It was hard for all 6 of us to sit together for dinner or coffee.

The location was really great. Had a really good view of the glacier.

Fantastic spot to wake up to giant glacier views .. remember it is a cabin, and you are a bit far from town, come prepared and you will have a great stay. The cabin was clean and well equipped, exactly like the pictures .

The cabin was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable and the view was lovely. It was calm and cozy flair. Would definitely stay there again. There is a limited supply of warm water, but we managed nicely.

You do need to plan how to shower (get wet, Turn off water, soap over, rinse off) if you are a family as limited hot water but realised not unusual for cabins in this area.

So it is a small and simple cabin with all the necessities. The panoramic view was incredible - multiple glaciers in sight was just beautiful. But it was safe and quiet my boys loved running around jumping on the trampoline and played with some other kids staying as well. The staff was nice and I was desperate to have laundry done and she charged $20 US for 3 hours but was totally worth it (in the middle of nowhere).

On our 1st week of traveling ring road and this by far is the best stay. Legit better than a lot of 3 stars hotel we stayed at. So much more space inside than expected. With stove and fridge. Hot shower and nice strong water. Next time I plan to stay multiple nights when I come back for another Iceland trip.

Could use a better knife for chopping vegetables and a cutting board.

The location is lovely and quiet. Adorable little cabin. The horses from the farm came up to the fence so we were able to get photos. The view of glaciers from our windows made a wonderful view while eating. Would definitely stay again.

Stunning location, great to have a well equipped cabin to cook own dinner and breakfast. We had a beautiful sunny day and sat outside soaking in the view of the glaciers. My favourite stay in Iceland.

The cabins, while not huge, are really well equipped. Everything you need for a few days of stay is in the cabin. The location is quite amazing with a view directly of the glacier.

Fantastic location, with a beautiful view of the glacier. Our cabin overlooked a little pond. It was tiny, but cosy. The bed was too small for two; my husband ended up using the pullout couch. This cabin is probably better suited to younger people. Great value for four people, since there are two bunk beds and a sofa bed. Very close to the Ring road, and it would be a good base for exploring the area.

Location and view, we are directly looking at 4 fingers of the Vatnajokull glacier. The view is excellent and with clear sky, we stood a good chance of seeing Aurora. Although it is slow, the kitchenette has full amenities to prepare full meal.

The cabins are very clean and modern. The only negative aspect was the construction of our bed: It was a bunkbed in a nook between the outer wall and the inner wall. One has to crawl in the foot/head of the bed and do a u-turn and then lie down to get your head towards the open end of the nook.

The location is fantastic. Although they are on the horizon, one can see several glaciers and the ice cap. Beautiful light at sunset.
