Lack of tea or coffee making items. There was a kettle but only one small sachet of coffee and one whitener. Considering I was staying two nights this was poor.

The location here was great (right next to an ice cream shop, added bonus) and walkable to shops and restaurants. It was easy to access the building and room using self check-in and it was nice having our own bathroom. I would stay here again.

To single quilts on our double bed Much prefer a double quilt No Sweeping brush, would come in handy when bringing bits in from shoes

There was an issue with the check in. There was a guest in my assigned room when I entered it. Staff resolved the issue immediately.

Great location and accesability. Staff always available through a phone call and always available to help. Clean and comfortable.

Room could do with some proper cleaning. not bad but soo easy to make much nicer. "humidity residue" on the ceiling and walls. Someone with open eyes and a rag could make this good in 15 minutes.

Price, self service and good location. no luxury but all you need for a work travel place. Even had a working fridge in the room.

It was very small room , ok for one-two nights. There was a ball of hair in the bathroom on top of the shower and on the floor , that was a little disgusting . There was one window but you couldn’t open it because of the snow. You might feel a little trapped because of the size of the room and no fresh air from the window.

It was in a very good location with spacious parking and everything you might need close. The bed was comfortable . Warm room for cold winters.

Small hostel, with only the essentials. The room we stayed was small, with just a double bed and a sofa bed. Few amenities, but a private bathroom. The place is great for a quick stop, close to downtown, and there's parking nearby.

There is a condensation problem resulting in water collection on window sills. This will eventually lead to big problems. The hand held shower head was broken.

The water kettle was covered by dust and has left over water in it. Toilet was not cleaned. The room was extremely small with two twin beds in. Two person couldn't move around at same time. There is no space for luggage's. There is no common area to sit.

The room and bedding were clean and comfortable. The location was great and we are able to walk around to the church and view points. There are restaurants close by.

Cleanliness was a big issue. Our bedsheets were stained with weird marks and the kitchen utensils are not very clean (probably from inconsiderate guests previously). Parking was also difficult to access (long distance between hotel front door and the private carpark) if you are carrying a lot of luggage.

Central location, the busy walking street is of walking distance. Check-in was really smooth with the keycodes. Our room on the ground floor was also very big.

Modern room with self check-in. Bigger than usual and with a private bathroom, which gave some privacy. There was a microwave and some basic cutlery to prepare some microwave food. Overall very clean, convenient and recommendable.
