Room was very comfortable. Hotel was in a good location, about a half-hour walk into the centre of Reykjavik, although there was a bus stop nearby. It was great to have a free parking space outside the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and a good range of food was on offer.

Very stylish and warm, love the different t light settings. It’s 9 minutes drive from the Sky Lagoon and has free parking. Very nice breakfast

Very comfortable stay. Check-in was slightly confusing, but we were super delighted to have been upgraded during our stay. The bathrooms were lovely and the beds super comfortable. Breakfast is somewhat limited but still a lot of variety. We would have preferred a bit more eggs. The parking situation here is super easy too, and you can get to the city centre quite easily by bus if you don’t want the hassle of parking in the city centre.

I was disappointed to find that there was no reception and no one available to check me in upon my arrival. There were also no instructions regarding parking, so I sent a message to the property using the Booking.com app asking about parking but didn’t receive a response. After waiting for an hour, I had to go to the front door and call the hotel using the intercom system. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows weren’t. Each bed had two: one flat memory foam pillow with no support, and one large, decorative square pillow. The lighting design was poor, with only three modes—Day, Evening, and Night—and no way to control individual bed lights for reading, as turning them on also activated the overhead ceiling lights. The bathroom sink was a modern design with a shallow basin making it difficult to fill a water bottle.

The room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast buffet was decent, but the seating arrangements were a bit cramped, with tables placed very close together. The gentleman sitting at the table beside me accidentally knocked over a small vase containing a live flower and water spilled all over my table as he attempted to squeeze into his seat.

A Hot Breakfast would have been welcome in the cold of Iceland and the rooms were too small.

Easy to check-in. Very modern and super clean. Big room and spacious. Comfortable and great heating system. Bed very comfy with special duvet to keep you warm for a great night sleep. Good location and nearby to centre, short drive. The host was very kind and helpful. OM woman's day gave a gift to every women. 5 stars.

I honestly can't think of anything that could have been better. I actually loved being a 20 minute walk from the city centre because I got to see how people live in Iceland and the walk did me good.

Breakfast was amazing. So much choice and the standard of the food was excellent. Staff were on hand at every moment to help with all enquiries. They really added to the experience. There was access to tea, coffee and hot chocolate 24 hours - something I really appreciated. And the home made cakes were amazing.

Each option at breakfast should have an individual spoon to use. I ended up using so much cutlery to avoid cross contamination. Some scrambled egg at breakfast to go with the amazing smoked salmon would be great.
