Our stay here was amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful! The breakfast had a nice selection of food and we appreciated the nice GF bread that was provided on request. The dinner was delicious and wait staff very friendly! Thank You!

We had difficulties locking the room's door but later we found a paper inside the room explaining how to. I think it should be nice explaining right away during the check-in instead of letting the guests trying to figure out by themselves. Regarding the breakfast there were not so many options when compared to other hotels but everything that was served had good quality and was enough for us.

The hotel has very modern rooms located close to a beautiful lake. The room we have chosen had equipments unlikely to be found on other hotels that we stayed during the trip such as towel warmer, Bluetooth speaker and dimmable lights (even though a little too dark in some occasions). The bed was very comfortable. A glass door was just a few steps from our bed so we could wake up and see the sunrise over the lake.

Wonderful staff and very comfortable cabins with beautiful views. We were lucky to be able to see the northern lights from our small deck. Also, we decided to have both of our dinners at the Magma restaurant after enjoying our first night there so much. Again, great service and delicious foods!

Truly perfect. Location and view out of rooms are outstanding. The manager on check in was lovely as I had made a mistake on my booking, but he helped me to correct. The manager of the restaurant was wonderfully lovely, had a chat, helpful on the area and just perfect Also had the added bonus of northern lights that night which she told us had been sighted allowing us the time to leave and capture them

There are no microwave or kitchen tools at all, and for that location, they need to provide alternative to people who don't want to eat at their restaurant and have their own stable food.

The diner is expensive for the quality. The restaurant is super noisy when it's full. It would have been useful to ask drunk people to lower the volume or stop serving alcohol.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Magma Hotel. There was a booking-related problem upon arrival, which the staff solved immediately, leaving us nothing but happy. The bed, as well as the whole cottage was very cozy and we even managed to see the northern lights just outside our cabin! :)

This hotel was beautiful and gave us great views! The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to eat dinner and breakfast at the restaurant - both were delicious!

The heated towel rail in the bathroom was out of order. Hopefully that will be fixed before winter season.

The setting is unique and wonderful with birds on a lake and even binoculars in the cabin to watch them. Privacy is great. Breakfast was generous. There is evening menu but we didn't eat.
