Excellent host who popped by to say hello! The location fantastic, right in the centre of rek, supermarket nearby and easy access to trip bus stops. Apartment was beautiful, clean, modern and warm! Facilities were great, bathroom lovely and the beds were comfy ! Added bonus of Netflix and you tube. Couldn’t fault it, i would Definitely recommend and would stay again!!

Parking was slightly difficult. There are different zones and being so close to the centre meant parking outside the accommodation was not easy. But not a major issue, we parked a couple of roads away.

Spacious, clean, had all necessary facilities. Warm and comfortable. Modern, and had option for self catering though not used. Stone throw away from centre.

Such a cool little place right in the heart of everything Reykjavik! The apartment is compact, yet comfortable and has everything you need! We loved our 3 nights stay and highly recommend - even parking our rental car was much easier and less expensive than anticipated - great ’zone 3’ parking available only a few blocks up:)

Bring your own toiletries for the shower. These are not commonly provided in Iceland hotels.

Well-appointed apartment with 2 bedrooms (each with 2 twin beds pushed together), a sofa bed, and plenty of seating and space for our family. Reykjavik is expensive so i thought the price was reasonable. And there's a kitchen with stovetop and microwave (plus coffee maker and electric hot water kettle, with plenty of coffee and tea packets), and a supermarket 1 block away, if you want to save money. Loved the towel warmer in the bathroom! The location is perfect in downtown - easy to walk everywhere, bus stop 6 and 3 for tours are nearby. While near to the action, was quiet. Easy to find paid parking within a block, and it's only a few blocks walk to get to where parking is free. Not for those with mobility concerns, this 2 bedroom unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Sturla, the owner, met with us at early morning, very friendly and personable. He allowed us to drop our luggages before check-in time. He then texted us, 2 hours later, that the our lodging is ready. Excellent location just few steps from the Rainbow Road & restaurants but far enough away from crowds.

Parking was confusing at first since there are multiple parking zones. You'll be looking for P2-4 to park your car overnight. The parking signs are clearly labeled so it's easier once you know what you're looking for. Found a P2 spot just down the street, less than a minute walk

Location was superb, only a few steps from downtown Reykjavik. The apartment was spacious and sparkling clean, and came with a well-outfitted kitchen, including cooking and cleaning supplies. Blackout blinds also worked great for blocking out the sun to sleep in the summer. We would highly recommend!

Location is good and convenient as it sits in the middle of the nice area. But if our room is on first floor and next to walking street. At night especially weekend, there is a lot noise. So it is pros and cons here.

It is convenient to park car and walk to many places. Good location for hang around shopping street and food.
