I like the bed, it was very spacious and the blinds added great privacy. It was also quite compfy and very convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped and large. The lounge area is cozy and very nicely decorated, chilling at the hostel in itself is quite amazing!

- There are six bathrooms/toilets. Half of them couldn't be locked properly. Be prepared for someone accidentally barging in on you while being in the shower or on the throne. - The smell of incense in the bathrooms is horrible.

- Beds are a bit on the harder side and not soft. Perfect for me. - The idea with the more privacy friendly pods works well. - Stayed in the big dorm and to my surprise people were really, really quiet when being in there.. - Kitchen was fairly clean and good equipped. - Easy to get to with the Flybus from the airport. - Overall nicely clean

Nothing, it’s amazing!

This place is a dream for a traveler. The bed it’s amazing. You don’t need to bring a towel unlike most hostels in the area. The place is cleaned several times a day. The kitchen is stocked. You are mins walking to downtown and 5 minutes walk from the airport bus stop 11. The team is so polite and kind. The best part, however, is the shower. Omg I have to talk myself out the shower everyday. This place is as exceptional as everyone says.

Maybe 1-2 more hooks or simply larger hooks in the bathroom since the hooks provided are a bit small and cannot easily fit more than one piece of clothing without them falling down. Elevator doesn‘t work. With several items of heavy luggage not ideal :(

VERY large lockers underneath the bed: my large suitcase, small suitcase, backpack and totebag all fit, it was a dream!! Loved the hooks, light and privacy curtain on the beds – and you can sit upright in your bed compartment, which is great. Clean kitchen. Clean bathrooms that come with soap, desinfecting gel and 2-in-1 shower gel/shampoo. Pretty lounge area. Good location and very quiet hostel.

Unfortunately, some of the bathrooms locks were not working properly and someone walked in on me which wasn’t great. No coat hangers in the rooms besides the ones on the bunk beds which is inconvenient if your coat is wet from rain/snow. The ladder for top bunk bed was a bit uncomfortable and the storage is not a pull out drawer and it goes quite deep. So sometimes we had to get on the floor to retrieve stuff.

Loved the decor, the bar area was really nice and the kitchen had everything you’d need with a dishwasher, lots of storage. Great location, walking distance to shops. And only 15 min walk from the Bus/Coach station. There were individual bathrooms with shower, which made it more comfortable without worrying about others. Plenty of space in the bunk beds and comfortable beds.

Lovely clean and cosy hostel. We felt very relaxed and slept great there. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The bar/reception area was also very nice to relax in.

Some toilet doors were too easy to open from the outside. I accidentally opened one while another guest was inside.

I loved the capsule-style beds, as they provided both privacy and security while sharing the room. I also really appreciated the dedicated storage space. The hotel looks fantastic, with great attention to detail.

From the moment I walked in, I felt at home. The atmosphere is super cozy, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the entire place is spotless. The pod style beds offer amazing privacy, with curtains, personal lights, and spacious lockers. The common areas are beautifully designed, especially the lobby, it’s the perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring Reykjavík. Absolutely perfect! Just a short walk from everything. A special mention to the warm and inviting vibe, especially during the stormy Icelandic weather. If you're visiting Reykjavík, this is the place to stay. I’ll definitely be back!

The bathrooms NEED a stronger air freshener. The reed sticks are not enough. Also, all the bathrooms should have a squeegee that cleans the floors. The rooms should have coat racks on the side of the bunk beds. There was a strong draft coming from the windows that needed to be resealed. I do recommend investing in a simple knife sharpener, some of the cutlery was too dull to cut a lime.

I liked the size of the bunk beds. The privacy shield and I can stretch and sit up comfortably. I appreciated the staff for the important accommodations I requested. I liked how all the adults were respectful, most were friendly and open to communication amongst other travelers.

🏠 The location of the hostel is good. It's not far to walk to the Hallgrímskirkja, about 5-8 minutes. However, it faces the street, and you can hear the sound of traffic. 🍴 The common areas and kitchen are clean. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a large refrigerator for storing food (everyone uses labels to distinguish their food). 🚾 On the day we stayed, only about one-third of the room’s capacity was occupied, so there was no need to wait for the restroom. It is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer, and it is very convenient to use. 🛏️ It is equipped with a blackout curtain!!! 👬 The roommates are all very friendly, and fortunately, none of them snore!

I had no issues at all with the hostel, one of the better ones I’ve stayed in .

15 min walk from both the BSI Bus Terminal and the inner city. Nice cafe right around the corner. Receptionists were always helpful with recommendations.
