Lovely hotel, comfortable and warm room (with adjustable heating and windows for air also). Nice quaint feel, lovely helpful staff who helped us choose a restaurant! More than adequate for a short stay, we very much enjoyed our visit, thank you!

This is the perfect location next to the cathedral. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast buffet was very nice, make sure you book that in your rate. The room was warm and welcoming With easily controlled temperature. I enjoyed my stay very much and would highly recommend this hotel.

The most comfortable sleep I had!!! I can’t explain the feeling of well washed and very soft sheets and the bed too. The hotel feels soo clean which is a very important factor for me. I was able to create some content for TikTok and Instagram too because I enjoyed the hotel very much. The staff was so nice!! Made my stay very happy. Specially Albert and Connor (if I remember correctly their names) once was in the shift in the morning and the other shift during late night

Only reason for 4/5 is just because there is not a lot of options to put clothes away (eg a chest of drawers etc) there is a rail for trousers and shirts and sufficient hooks.

The hotel is perfect for couples and families who want an easy base to explore the city. Rooms are good, clean and en-suites tacked onto the room and also clean. The breakfast was good with hot and cold options. Staff were friendly, with a special mention to the night manager, Gunnar who was friendly, energetic and happy to answer questions. If we come back to Iceland, we will definitely look to come back to this hotel.

There was nothing I did not like. Other than I only had one night here. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The room and bed were so comfortable. The staff were friendly and helped me with various needs on my first day in Iceland. I enjoyed the room and stay and hope I get to stay here again! I enjoyed that it still had a lovely authentic Icelandic field.

Absolutely fantastic location in central downtown, a short stroll from the tourist bus stops and very closely located for restaurants, cafes and shopping. Staff were very helpful and friendly, including for my 2am arrival. The heating was excellent and room was very cosy.

Nice, comfortable hotel in an excellent location for the city centre, main church and bus station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with comfortable beds and good heating. The bathroom was clean with good hot water and nice toiletries. There was ample storage space, a kettle and hairdryer in the room.

it is a very cute boutique hotel, the front desk staff was very friendly and offered great restaurant recommendations. The location of the hotel is central to the shops and also the BSI bus terminal.

Nothing, was great!

Lovely hotel, good size room and bathroom, spotlessly clean too. Beds were comfy, appreciated the kettle and fridge in the room. Bonus of a great view as we were on the top floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was extra but was excellent, lovely bread/pastries/cheese/fruit/meat/yoghurt...worth the money especially in an expensive city. The location is fantastic, very central and a 5 min walk to bus stop 8 for tour pickups. I will stay here again!

The location of this hotel is a five or ten minute walk from downtown Reykjavik and all the main attractions in downtown Reykjavik, then it's only a one to two minute walk to Skólavörðustígur to get the best view of Hallgrímskirkja 🥰

Breakfast very basic not a lot of choice but what was there was ok. Lovely bread. No cutlery on tables so had to set own tables.

Did have an odd smell in room that sometimes was quite strong however fine for one night. Shower was small however not an issue for me.

Location was fantastic, room was spacious and immaculately clean with good amenities in room including tea, coffee, herbal teas, toiletries, hairdryer, ironing board and shower cap.
