There wasn’t enough places to hang things, we came in January so lots of coats and jumpers that needed to hang, often to dry and we struggled to do this. Also, 2 single beds rather than 1 double wasn’t great and when pushed together they would slip apart.

It was cosy and had everything we needed. The hot tub was great, and everything was clean when we arrived. The location was great and we had a really lovely view, it was only a 15 minute walk into the old town so it was easy to get to places!

The towels provided could have been bigger, they were very small, even for the teenagers. However the staff provided us with extra towels.

The keys were left in the property for our arrival. The view from the balcony and hot tub was amazing. It was all very clean. There were 2 adults and 2 teenagers and there was plenty of storage space.

There was nothing we disliked. The only thing which would have made it better is if there had been a sofa or comfy chair to relax on as the chairs were all dining chairs.

Love the location of this place, overlooking Akureyri with great views from the balcony. Love the hot tub and the ease of use. The bed was comfy and we had all we needed. We have stayed here before and would be very happy to return again.

The apartment could have a few more power outlets or at least provide an extension cord - I had to move the table in order to be able to work on my laptop while charging it.

The hot tub is great. The apartment itself is also very comfortable. I didn't use the kitchenette but it looked very useful. Everything was arranged remotely, so I didn't interact with any staff. There is no breakfast but several good cafes are a short walk away (10-15 minutes).

Very flexible staff, clean, quiet. Could park next to the front door of the apartment. Bed really comfy slept really good. It is located in a very quiet area. The hot tub was hot and very nice view.

the hot water has a sulfur smell, bit that's common all over the island, and the dryer was a little tricky, but overall, it's a wonderful property, and would highly recommend

the 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults. everything was clean and efficient. the 1 bathroom worked for our group. the washer worked well, but we struggled trying to figure out the dryer, but thankfully, the drying rack in the entry closet worked well. we loved the heated floors throughout. the views were great and we had easy access to everything nearby (short drives). plus there was an empty field across the street that was dark enough time view the northern lights!

Had all the amenities we needed to cook small meals and be self sufficient. Location was away from the main tourist hotels, dwntown and harbor so felt a little more private.

Location was ok but would have liked a shorter walk to the city. Also would have appreciated better spacing from noisy neighbors since there appeared to be many empty units.

Rooms at the ends of the four-unit blocks are best, because you will hear your neighbors -- particularly when you're outside; you are all close to each other. Towels are thin. There is no greeting at check-in, but that's the way things are going.

The view of the water is gorgeous. Easy walk into the downtown. Large balcony. Decent kitchen. Quiet, mostly. Good bed.

There was a mix up with bookings that day and our appartment was already occupied when we got there. We had to wait for another appartment to be prepared for us. Fortunately we came earlier than planned and there was a free apartment available. Otherwise don’t know how they would handle the situation. Water is leaking from the shower cabin during showering.

better blind to block the lights in summer will be nice to have. bed side only has one night stand. clothes bed need to be pulled down by sacrificing the space of eating table and chairs. but doable

the bathroom and entrance has a good level of heating, so that on a raining wet day, we can dry our jackets , boots overnight, and as well the swimming suits, but need to put them flat on the floor, since the heating is from the floor. hot tun super cool! but the view is partially blocked, but imagine would be nicer in a winter nights with aurora compare to summer

The place is very hotel-like, so everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided, but in a basic version. A nice thing was the dishwasher and a supply of tablets. I didn't expect the terrace to have so great view! The place has efficient heating and also the windows on the sunny side so it can get very warm, but when you want to open the windows a bit of flies fly in, but this is a specific of all the area. Generally - we would rent again and I recommend for rental.
