We had a perfect stay at this hotel. The outdoor heated pool was a highlight, offering a relaxing experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our visit truly enjoyable. The breakfast was perfect, with wide variety of food. We highly recommend this hotel.

I was almost charged twice by the hotel check-in personnel. They wanted payment at check in (which is odd when I thought Booking.com takes care of payment) and she forgot that I paid in the morning when I was checking out and wanted payment again until I reminded her that I already paid. (Was same person both times)

The entire hotel was luxurious and beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the outside hot tub and sauna. The inside area was very charming and quaint. Also, the breakfast was delicious and offered a lot of variety.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, the rooms were cozy, clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night but I really wish I could have stayed longer. It is situated right on the water and you have a stunning view of the beautiful mountains surrounding the area. The room was clean and relaxing. We purchased the option for breakfast today time and money. It was a full Continental style. The eggs were a bit cold but it may be how it is served. The bread was fresh and delicious.

Stunning hotel and beautiful room which was exceptionally arranged. The location is stunning and the best hotel we stayed in during our week on the ring road. Great breakfast, the staff were friendly and the views out of our room of the marina were stunning. We had a very restful stay. Really appreciated the robes and slippers in the room.

The rooms were very warm, lovely during the day but a little too warm for sleeping at night with no obvious way to adjust the heating other than by opening the window.

A good standard hotel with spacious rooms. Nice views to the mountains in all directions from being positioned on the water's edge. Dressing gown and slippers provided to enable easy access to the outside heated pool and adjacent sauna. A good quality breakfast with better than average food served in the evening restaurant.

The food was not so good. The taste was to little. But I got more pepper and salt than it was ok. But the carpaccio was like it had been taken from the fridge and had like so much water in it.

Great place to stay. The hot tube is so nice. Nice bed and comfortable liners.

The cooked breakfast was already put on the table before we even got down to our table so was only luke warm. Make sure you get down to breakfast before the time you asked for it.

One of the my best stays in Iceland. Enjoyed the outdoor hot bath, which the property also offers indoor sauna (but note operational at selected timings only). The room is lovely with a window overseeing the 'boat on the dock'. There is a common area for people to gather and chat, with central heating in the centre. The breakfast buffet was great too, served in the restaurant, and you get to enjoy nice views as well ... however, they close the restaurant when breakfast is over, meaning all patrons will be asked to adjourn elsewhere. The bar is open in the evenings, but pretty pricey so go easy on the alcohol :)

The view was incredible; the town itself is one of the most picturesque and the Northern Lights in this location were amazing. The room was quirky and beautiful. Hot tub and sauna were quiet, scenic and utterly relaxing.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing restaurant! There is a full service bar in the hotel as well. We had a fantastic dinner at Sunna. We enjoyed the thermal pool and sauna very much. The pillows and bed were the most comfortable we have encountered in Iceland. The hotel is right on the water and surrounded by beautiful mountains.
