Very luxurious hotel in the beautiful village of Siglofjordur. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. They have a great restaurant and a small heated outdoor pool. I've been here twice, hand down best hotel in the wide region.

Luxurious, swish and large hotel in a small coastal town. Good informal dining at Torgid restaurant, very helpful staff at reception. Great outside hot tub not at all busy.

Only small criticism on the first day was that breakfast was very busy. though we got a table some of the food had run out and was slow to be refilled, particularly the eggs which took about 10 mins. Would expect that to keep up with the rest of the hotel standard this would be monitored and replenished before running out.

Second stay at this hotel which is one of my favourite places in Iceland. Lovely rooms and great facilities including the outdoor hot pool and sauna. This visit we paid a bit extra for a room facing the harbour but have also stayed in the rooms facing inland and the fishing boat which are equally good. Prices are not cheap but worth it. On the first day of our stay there was a cross country skiing competition so the hotel was busy, but still very quiet in the rooms and a great nights sleep.

Dinner was expensive, but to be expected and was part of creating a wonderful experience overall.

Beautiful property as you arrive into town. Warm welcome, everything immaculate, room fantastic, lovely dip with a drink in the hot tub. Dinner (make sure to book in advance) and breakfast excellent. Stunning views day and night, and on the drive to and from the hotel - a very worthwhile detour from the Ring Road.

The breakfast was ok, but is less good compared with the remaining hotel amenities and other places we stayed in Iceland.

The room was wonderfully decorated, very comfortable, the bathroom floor is warm !!! the view was so nice! The hotel offers warm baths and sauna, unfortunatelly we didn’t have time to use it.

We stayed in the Junior Suite and the rooms was lacking a few pictures/mirrors to give it some character. It's a huge room with a balcony looking over the hot tob, Sean and mountains but the room felt a little empty - something on the walls would help

Beautiful location right on the harbor. The rooms were very nice size, with comfortable beds and a very nice bathroom. It was very quiet and had a really good breakfast. The outdoor hot tub pool overlooking the water and town was great.
