The most pricey place I stayed. Bed was comfy and clean but was actually two single pushed together with a double sheet and duvet not a double bed

Good size room with en suite. Two hot tubs and saunas (actually saw Northern Lights from the tub!). Very clean and spacious place, easy to find, just off Highway 1 in Hella. Breakfast buffet was very good and varied.

We booked this place bacuse of hot tub and sauna to watch northern lights. Hot tub was out of order, out of four saunas only one was turned on, and wow it did not deliver. Wind blowing through the holes and overall temperature around 60C (if you were sitting, laying down on bench it was much colder). Bedsheet had literal holes in it (pic attached), dust balls under bed did not see vacuum for days at least. Hotel does have aurora corridor, but it's roof was covered in layer of ice, and lights were turned on inside, so despite nice show on the sky nothing was visible from the viewing place - don't get excited about it. Hotel offers aurora alert - they promise to let you know (even wake up) when lights light up the sky - we got no notification throughout our stay, good thing we were looking out for aurora ourselves, otherwise we'd miss it.

Its trivial but no black tea like Earl Grey or English Breakfast in room only fruit flavor teas.

The rooms are not soundproof. There was a school trip staying at the same time as us, and we were disturbed late at night by loud talking and laughing. The car park was very icy, we needed to use our crampons to comfortably get back and forth the car

Our room was very warm and comfortable, and a perfect location along the ring road. The restaurant was amazing, the best meal of our trip. Highly recommend the Caesar salad! Breakfast was also wonderful which set us up early enough to get back on the road for the golden circle leg of our trip.

We found the bedroom a little small and had to leave our cases in the living area. We could have done with another sofa in the apartment, 4 adults on a sofa for two meant we had to use the dinning chairs which weren't comfortable to sit on.

Nice to park our car next to our two bedroom accommodation. The Hot tub was excellent. The Bar and restaurant were really good, we had a lovely meal on the night we stayed. The room was well heated and if we had wanted to make our own food everything was there to do so.

The beds were just ok. The duvet cover needs to go. Not big enough to cover a full size man and the texture of the cover is rough.

Conveniently located on highway 1. Hotel availability on the south coast was somewhat limited when we booked so Hella was where we chose to stay for our journey south.

Hotel is great, but city itself is small and has nothing much.

Wifi was free, restaurant cooks delicious meals, we had parking (space was limited though), rooms was clean and spacious.

The beds could be more comfortable and use real eggs for breakfast.

Staff was very friendly, Aurora wake-up was great so we got to see it during our trip, restaurant was very good, and breakfast was almost great. The eggs were powdered? Everything else at breakfast was very good although staff couldn’t keep up with the number of diners (plates, silverware, and juices were out at times).

Breakfast area was very busy with many people at peak hours. Was a little bit stressful. Only one coffee machine for too many people. Second day at non peak hour was better, but still it looks like it could be improved.

Nice hotel, with good restaurant, gym and installations. Rooms and bathroom a little bit small, but still comfortable. Complementary hot pools and sauna are great.
