There were not so many space for bags in the room.

Definately the best hostel we've ever been. Very clean, new and luxury. Spacious and well equipped kitchen, many showers and toilets. Great personel, nice bar, free lemon water in a hall. Very close to Reynisfjara beach. Each double bed had curtain and it's own light. That was perfect stay.

Everything was very well kept, the ambience was SO nice. Even made some friends in their lounge/lobby area. It was so quaint and inviting. Their bar and food was also a great late night option. The coffee I had was great!

We booked a six bed dorm but ended up in an 8 bed dorm as someone had taken our spot. The shower drain was also blocked.

The place was modern with good facilities. The double beds in the dorms are great for couples. Handy location to check out the puffin colony at the beach.

Nothing, everything was top

We loved everything here! Double bed for a couple, first time we saw it at a hostel, very comfy bed. All people leave shoes outside the room, nice and clean everywhere. The kitchen spacious and well equipped. Wifi great quality. Very recommended.

Our room was across from the toilets so we got a bit of a smell which drafted in from the toilets.

The place is super nice, we were pleasantly surprised by this place! it’s super clean and great facilities and the beds are the comfiest we stayed in the whole trip. There was a nice lounge area where there were games to play and a bar with drinks.

It's not really a problem with the property but more of a driving etiquette thing... This place is only accessible if you drive, but the parking lots aren't demarcated so some people took up quite a lot of parking space and we ended up having to park quite far away from our room....

Location was great, room was clean and minimalist. It's a short drive away from the Black Sand Beach Reynisfjara! We woke up to an amazing view and really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again :)

The only downside was the bathroom was pretty cold, it’s a big, tall room with no heating so it felt pretty cold in the mornings.

Amazing atmosphere. Location was really good right by black sand beach. The beds had curtains for privacy. It only needed hotter showers and lockers and it would have been perfect. This is a GREAT Hostel.

Even though the barn offers a lot it still feels kind of price for its location. The place can really get crowded at times as there are peak hours when many guests will come and go so be prepared for noise, also kitchen area can get full so plan to cook your meals before your regular meal time. There is no locker to store your stuff.

Me and my girlfriend stayed for 3 nights at a shared dorm, upon arrival we were warm welcomed by lady at the reception area and her cute dog. The barn has stunning view on natural beauty of Iceland. Interior is also very good looking and it gives feeling of cosines. In the lobby area you have board games that you can use, there is a really good shower area that gives you privacy. There is also a bar that will serve simple breakfast and dinner if you wish to avoid hassle of cooking by yourself otherwise the kitchen is really spacious and well equipped with necessary utensils and with beautiful view. You have a free parking lot. The staff is very helpful and willing to help you if you ask.

Bad sewer smell coming from the bathroom/toilet.

Loved the barn double room with own shower. The decoration was sleek, high end and felt premium. Beautiful location, loved the facilities. One of the best places we stayed in Iceland.

The private room was a little small and awkward. Not much room to walk around as we were upstairs in a room that was against the roof, so the ceiling was slanted, making only 2/3 of the room really walkable without bumping your head.

The room was quiet, the space was laid out thoughtfully and there were plenty of areas that you could hang out and relax inside the property. The bathrooms were clean, the kitchen is big and conducive to cooking among others, and the bar area provided a good selection of drinks/snacks. The communal bathrooms downstairs are plentiful, private, and the layout is well thought out. The view is incredible.

The water heater is not working !we’re not able to taking a hot shower it’s very cold!

The facility have a young atmosphere . Feels like going back to the college time. And also it’s a great place to take northern light picture .especially in room 37. All you have to do to stay in your room and you will able to take a great picture.
