A few of the lights in the common are didn't work. There was a small roof leak when it rained hard.

The hot tub was nice. The room set up with a common area was great.

The staff only be available after 4pm during check in. When check out, we couldn't find anyone. The instruction is to put the key into the postbox but it was very hard to find the post box

Amazing location so close to some of Iceland's big sights. Great view from the hot tub, and a well equipped cottage. Restaurant serves tasty homemade meals, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. Best of all it's very spacious for four people.

I cant answer this question, there is nothing not to like. It is simply breath taking. Although we didn't manage to see the northern lights which is completely out of the cottages control.

The cottage is in an ideal location within the golden circle. It is very secluded and has perfect privacy. On site is a small shop for items such as bread, milk, drinks etc. The cottage itself is absolutely stunning with a wonderful scenic view. The cottage is very spacious and very clean. It has all the amenities for cooking your own food. The cottage is well heated and on occasions we had to turn down the heating which was easy to do, bare in mind it was -6 outside. To top it off the hot tub was a wonderful addition and very relaxing in a comfortable environment. We honestly cant wait to get back here with more of our family who can have the ultimate experience like we had. The host is wonderful, she helped and guided my family immensely during our stay and even sent back a forgotten item that i had left (wedding ring). 10/10, top notch!!!

We had a very unwelcome welcome! Host screamed at us (& I mean really screamed at us!) to move our car, as a delivery arrived just after us.

An absolutely beautiful location & cabin had everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing & beds were super comfy. The view from the deck/balcony was breathtaking.

Having extra pillows and extra towels would be a bonus. The staff would not show us the cabin on arrival, and as she was about to leave we asked and she was not very happy for this. Which made us feel a bit uncomfortable

We didn't order breakfast ahead of time and the restaurant was not open in the morning.

For our first night in Iceland we chose this place and couldn't have been happier. Our cabin had 180 degree sweeping views of a beautiful green valley and of course lovely Icelandic horses.The cabin itself had a hot tub that was actually hot (and clean). We didn't make use of the cooking facilities (we had a lovely dinner in the onsite restaurant) but they were more than adequate. The location is super convenient for visiting the Geyser as well as other local attractions.

We booked a 2-person cottage, but we were travelling last minute with an extra person, since they were full, they put in an extra bed for us. I used it while my friends shared the room. I slept like a baby. Sheets were nice and warm. We loved the cottage and the hot tub. Did our own cooking but there is a restaurant too where you can eat. I went there to get some beers, the girl behind the counter was so helpful and sweet :). The cottage is near Geysir. Too bad we didn't see the northern lights. Next time!
