“Casa Vigneri is a special place. As soon as I saw the pictures of the beautiful feudal house and grounds, I was excited to stay, and it exceeded all expectations. Antonello was an incredible host, going above and beyond to make my stay as memorable as possible, even cooking me a typical Salentine dinner one night, not convinced that I had experienced the best of the region! The bedrooms are large, full of character and soul, the gardens wild and rambling. Breakfast was served outside or in the bedroom, a simple but plentiful and thoughtful affair, with freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, homemade strudel (so delicious), fresh bread with tomatoes.”
