“Amazing location and the hotel itself. Ancient building preserved in al its grace. You really feel the heart of the town. Fantastic views from the rooms and from the rooftop restaurant. You couldn't be more central. Quality of the food in the restaurant is quite good. Good quality of linen and clean.
The bathrooms are ridiculously small and quite old. Despite good work of cleaning team,you really feel that everything has to be changed (tiles, showers, toilets), it's unpleasant to be in such old bathroom that doesn't correspond modern standards. Almost no light in the bathroom which makes it really gloomy. The beds are very used. The bed linen are very clean and of good quality, but the bed itself really has to be changed.
The waiters of the restaurant are friendly but really unprofessional (slow, forgetting, not knowing how to open the wine bottles) and the restaurant is really understaffed.”
