“This is a 4 star hotel which is comfortable but a bit disheveled and in need of a bit of refurbishment in the rooms. The breakfast was good and with a selection of cold buffet items including sweet pastries and an industrial sized Nutella dispenser. There is plenty of on-site parking and the staff are friendly and efficient. There is a lift to the upper floors and this gave us a view to the castle in Lucera over fields. There are quite a few comments about the grubby looking carpet, which is true but at the rate we paid we could live with this as it was significantly cheaper than the UK equivalent.”
