Even though 4 floors up, still some street noise late at night. Also, we found it very hard to park but eventually found a place near the station where we paid €20/night. It may have been a con but the car was still there and in one piece when we left.

The location can’t get any better everything you need is reachable on foot. The lift is like the one you see in Harry Potter movies😏 One can experience the city culture and sleep really comfortably!

The B&B is run by a lovely family. I stayed in the single room and it had everything I needed. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the family was lovely. I'm part Sicilian and they treated me like family. I was in contact with the daughter CLaudia through whatsapp, she even helped me find a parking garage for the car I rented.

Everything about this place is really great. Would recommend very highly to anyone looking for a place to stay in Palermo. Location: Ideal place to stay close to train station and historic centre. On a convenient main road (and good sound insulation so noise not a problem). Facilities: Large size room, very high ceilings. Air con, bathroom, sofa, bed etc. all perfect. Staff: Claudia was very helpful and communicative via WhatsApp. Her parents were around in the mornings and were extremely friendly.

The location was perfect because it was a simple and quick walk from the train/bus station that came straight from the airport. Every morning our rooms got freshened up and re-stocked with toilet paper and coffee. I loved how the window facing the street was sealed tight and I couldn't hear the noise at all. Also the air conditioning was a huge plus, I definitely needed it for the hot and humid week I was there.

Since the hotel is located on the main street, you may experience noise problems at night.

The location of the hotel is within walking distance to all historical sites in Palermo center. The hotel employee (Cladiu) was helpful and attentive in everything. We recommend it wholeheartedly for accommodation during your Palermo trip.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional cleanliness of the room. Every morning, the housekeeping ensured the room was spotless, allowing me to relax in a pristine environment throughout my stay. The hostess and her family were incredibly friendly and helpful, available 24/7 to assist with any needs or questions I had. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel at home and added a personal touch to my experience. The location of the accommodation is absolutely perfect. Situated in the heart of Palermo's cultural center, it made exploring the city incredibly convenient. I could easily walk to all the major highlights, including historical sites, museums, and vibrant local markets, all within a short distance. Overall, this accommodation exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. I can't wait to return!

There was a slight issue sorting out separate beds for myself and my mother, but it was solved very quickly and with very little hassle

I really liked the room here! My main concern when searching for a place to stay in Palermo was safety. I can say we felt extremely safe in this location as it was on a main street. The location in general was brilliant as well. We were so close to everything. Claudia was a wonderful and helpful host, she sent great recommendations to me and was very kind and attentive. The room was lovely and comfortable too. We had no problems sleeping. You can tell that the family that own and run here put a lot of care and love into these rooms and their guests

No breakfast included with my booking.Excellent location handy for train,bus to airport and all the sights of Palermo.Claudia is exceptionally helpful with information was always available to contact and helped me with a couple of things during my stay.I was travelling on my own on this trip and felt very safe returning to property at night.

Would have liked to have a coffee machine in the room instead of the lobby, noise isolation could be a bit better for the street beneath is noisy, the air conditioning remote control did not function but we didn’t really need it so we didn’t ask about it, and the bathroom air vent and water pump are quite loud and need time to turn off after using the bathroom.

Super clean, excellent location, lovely staff who are very kind and welcoming, comfortable bed, safe neighborhood.

Located on a busy street but the room was quiet with the windows closed.

Claudia was a great host - helpful and attentive. The room was a good size with a separate couch and coffee table. Clean and comfortable and nice to be able to "stretch-out".
