Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff are so friendly and helpful! They helped us re-scheduled a taxi to the airport three times when we had a delay. And every day they greeted us with super friendly and warm service. The location is great, clean and great size room for Rome. Highly recommend this place!

The location was hard to find. The taxi drivers even had a difficult time finding it.
The decorations and furniture was beautiful. Everything inside was great! The room was excellent. Everything worked as it was intended.

WiFi wasn’t the best. Did struggle at times at the room. But they have communal areas and I think the WiFi works better there
Found everything about the hotel to be as expected. Lovely clean, spacious and a warm atmosphere all around. The staff are super helpful and are willing to go the extra mile to help. Location is perfect. It’s a 15 minute walk away from the colosseum, and it’s easy to jump on the 714 bus to get to certain areas

The location was too close to an ER, so there were constant ambulance sirens going by. The wifi was very spotty. I ended up renting a Hotspot locally. There were no personal controls for the room temperature, so it felt warm often. The room was the smallest we stayed in while in Italy.
The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful, and breakfast was good. We felt safe in the area and the beds were comfortable.

The checkout was a bit early (normal checkout is 10:30) so you should be careful with your plans. It was also solved by our host to allow us keeping our luggage in the hotel store
The staff of this property were 10/10, all of them! they were very helpful, smiling all time, and very happy to support for any needs! The location was very close to the bus station, and there was nearby secured car parking (2 min walk) The Colosseum is 10-12 min walk Our room was also with a small garden, which was very lovely to get, in Rome! The host allowed us to keep our luggage for a full day in their storage

It is close to a hospital so there is a lot of traffic.
10-minute walking distance to the colosseum, and close to the ATAC bus route, this hotel is one of my favorite places. Francesco and his crew are the BEST hoteliers I have ever met. They anticipate your every need, answer all questions and solve any problems with a smile. They were warm and welcoming the minute we set foot on the property. We had the garden room, which accommodates three people. The bed was perfect! The entire place was culvert clean and well-maintained, but the best feature is definitely Francesco’s hospitality!

A few glitches with plumbing but the staff quickly resolved it.
The staff is exceptional. Rado is a gen and truly makes you feel welcome. The facility is a good value. Rome hotels are very expensive so you get what you pay for. Location is a bit removed from restaurants and night life. A short Uber ride or the bus conveniently stops right in front of the property.

Everything was absolutely perfect, they ambience of the hotel was very unique. Wish we weren't running around the whole time and being tired from it to enjoy sometime at the hotel
Location was on 15min away from coliseum and major bus stop and direct bus from roma termini. Staff was very very nice and helpful. Kept the place clean

Wonderful, friendly staff who helped with any query we had and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Perfect location for visiting Rome's main sites - only 20 minute walk from the Colosseum. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Not soundproof, could hear baby crying next door. A bit pricey. But in context of hotel prices in Rome good value for money. Would be great to have outdoor chairs for the balcony.
Clean and comfortable. Super location, walkable distance from city centre and Colosseum. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Air conditioning/heating working well. Spacious and light room, big bed, comfortable mattress. Room with a balcony. Light canceling blinds. We had a great night sleep.
