UkraineAn excellent hotel with stylish design and very friendly staff who are always ready to help. The rooftop terrace was particularly impressive – a perfect place to relax with an incredible view. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need, and the coffee is simply amazing! A nice bonus was that after check-out, we were offered to leave our luggage in storage and spend some more time enjoying the atmosphere on the terrace. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay!

The hotel has a fantastic location and a very cozy modern interior, making it a pleasant place to stay. The rooftop bar is a highlight—we really enjoyed the atmosphere and the view.

AustraliaThe weather was a little rainy and I think that might be why the bar area outside wasn’t staffed. I would have happily sipped warming cocktails in the cold for that incredible view! If you go in a warmer time definitely head up at aperitif time.
The design is incredible, so beautiful. The staff are so helpful. The breakfasts are an awesome start to a busy day. I love the area too.

United KingdomWe didn’t enjoy the breakfast much - it was the same every day and not much choice for hot food. Unfortunately the pool and rooftop bar were closed during our stay so we were unable to use them. We needed to iron some clothes and were told we had to bring our clothes downstairs to do it, instead of having facilities in the room. We found that strange so didn’t end up doing it.
The property is in a great location with lots of restaurants of bars nearby. The centre of Milan is also a short journey away on the tram or could walk it. The facilities in the hotel were amazing - the rooftop and pool (although were not open for our stay). The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

NetherlandsA bit dark in the hallway. The garbage car early in the morning quite noisy, but nothing the hotel can help with. And they were fast, so noise didn't last long. You can also hear the bars across the street, but that didn't bother us, was not that loud.
Great breakfast. The staff was wonderful. I was very impressed with the their attitude. Warm and friendly and such a great service. Very attentive and constantly trying to satisfy our needs. Location also super good. 3 min to tram stop and close by Navigli, the most vibrant area of the city, full of bars and restaurants. I liked the chill area downstairs as well. Cozy and animated. Not to mention the roof top terrace with a bar and swimming pool. It was closed now, but what a view! And nicely decorated. Very impressed with this hotel overall.
