An excellent hotel with stylish design and very friendly staff who are always ready to help. The rooftop terrace was particularly impressive – a perfect place to relax with an incredible view. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need, and the coffee is simply amazing! A nice bonus was that after check-out, we were offered to leave our luggage in storage and spend some more time enjoying the atmosphere on the terrace. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay!

The lighting in the room could be improved, especially around both mirrors (room and bathroom). Also, the breakfast selection would be better with more local (Italian) food options.

The hotel has a fantastic location and a very cozy modern interior, making it a pleasant place to stay. The rooftop bar is a highlight—we really enjoyed the atmosphere and the view.

The weather was a little rainy and I think that might be why the bar area outside wasn’t staffed. I would have happily sipped warming cocktails in the cold for that incredible view! If you go in a warmer time definitely head up at aperitif time.

The design is incredible, so beautiful. The staff are so helpful. The breakfasts are an awesome start to a busy day. I love the area too.

We didn’t enjoy the breakfast much - it was the same every day and not much choice for hot food. Unfortunately the pool and rooftop bar were closed during our stay so we were unable to use them. We needed to iron some clothes and were told we had to bring our clothes downstairs to do it, instead of having facilities in the room. We found that strange so didn’t end up doing it.

The property is in a great location with lots of restaurants of bars nearby. The centre of Milan is also a short journey away on the tram or could walk it. The facilities in the hotel were amazing - the rooftop and pool (although were not open for our stay). The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

A bit dark in the hallway. The garbage car early in the morning quite noisy, but nothing the hotel can help with. And they were fast, so noise didn't last long. You can also hear the bars across the street, but that didn't bother us, was not that loud.

Great breakfast. The staff was wonderful. I was very impressed with the their attitude. Warm and friendly and such a great service. Very attentive and constantly trying to satisfy our needs. Location also super good. 3 min to tram stop and close by Navigli, the most vibrant area of the city, full of bars and restaurants. I liked the chill area downstairs as well. Cozy and animated. Not to mention the roof top terrace with a bar and swimming pool. It was closed now, but what a view! And nicely decorated. Very impressed with this hotel overall.

The staff was great, very helpful and always smiling. Breakfast was great, specially the homemade yogurt. Location was nice in the Navigli-district with all the lively bars and restaurants. But it was a 30 minute walk to the central or a taxi. The room was clean and very nicely decorated.

Everything was perfect!

Amazing Amazing Amazing experience!!! We got an upgrade, our child was met with special childrens kit - slippers, child hygiene items, book. Minibar was included into the price, breakfast super great. Staff was very friendly, helpful and nice. It is located in calm street, but just around the corner there is a street full of restaurants and bars next to beautiful canals.

I wasn’t keen on the lighting in the corridors. It was a little dark walking to the room from the lift.

Great location for restaurants and bars along the canal. Also perfect location for Bocconi university. Hotel was amazing, staff warm and welcoming. Bar, stylish and funky. Rooms clean, fun, had everything you need.

Everything, its was spotless, very comfortable Full of character, staff were friendly and helpful We were upgraded to. Junior suite witch was lovely. Breakfast was brilliant. Location was great, the centre was a 30 min walk away, and loads of restaurants and bars just around the corner.
