As in some other comments it is pretty noisy due to the location of the apartment. All the noises from the street are well heard in the apartment and it is noisy in the night (cars, scooters and people)

We traveled as a couple and stayed in apartment for 4 nights, the location is great in a walking distance to all attractions. We were also able always to find parking spot on the streets next to the apartment. Apartment is big with private bathroom, there is shared space (kitchen/living room) but we did not use it during our stay. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

The interior style of the room was beautiful. All areas were spacious, particularly the bathroom. The balcony outside had beautiful view of the street as well as a church. Additionally, the entrance hall of the building is magnificent.

This is a beautiful BnB in the heart of Catania. The room was spacious and the environment luxurious and decorated with taste. I enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend!

The toilet looked like it was not cleaned, a bit moles shower in the corners. AC was not working properly. It was on 16 degrees and it felt like it was barely on. We did not complain to the staff, maybe it would have been fixed.

Good location - with good pastry and good arancini place next to it. Friendly staff, they help you whenever in need, which is great. Big bed.

The location is good - it can be a bit loud with traffic but nothing too bad. The hosts were nice and checked in with me during my stay to make sure I had everything I needed.

It took us for ever to get into the building. The electronic system did not function and there were no easy way to connect with a human. Would be okay if I were to go back but not welcoming when going there foe the first time.

I really love everything about this place. The design is very beautiful, well located, and easy to find it, super clean and nice balcony. Luka was super helpful and responsive, also gave me nice recommendations where to eat and to go. There is no doubt about booking this hotel cos will exceed your expectations. Gratzie mile .

Parking was difficult. There are parking areas with blue lines but you should pay the fee in advance otherwise police gives you fine

3 nights in the room 'Aria'. Very impressed with the decor of this spacious suite, and it felt very private. Check in was easy, and the host was very accommodating, even though I didn't meet them in person. Even though there is nobody actually there on reception, the host always responded quickly to my questions and requests. It seems to be quite common in Sicily to have a B&B without somebody there on site, and even though it felt unusual at first it actually works very well. The shared kitchen area is practical and functional, but I would have preferred a coffee maker in my room as I always had the feeling I was disturbing the other guests when using the kitchen to make coffee ( the walls are quite thin and the coffee machine quite loud ;) ) Some of the furniture is a little worn and tired, but I loved the design and having so much space for such a reasonable price The location is good, but the apartment is on a main road and being on the 1st floor it is pretty loud. If you are a light sleeper this might be an issue but it didn't bother me too much. I think next time I would want to stay a little closer to the old town, but that's not to say the location isn't good. Via Etnea, the main shopping street, is very close by.

Good place for an overnight stay for us. Very high ceilings which fit the structure. Very responsive and helpful host on the day of arrival, we arrived pretty late (11 pm) but had no trouble getting buzzed in and retrieving our keys.
